Lisa's cabin was awesome, and enjoyed visiting with this wonderful Lady! Nice quiet neighborhood for walks. Lake Tahoe is short walk to the best side (North) of the Lake. Lisa gave us some great tips helping us find best deals. Hope to stay again soon!! Thank You so Much!!

This was our second time in the sweet cabin. It is small but good for a couple who like being cozy. Has everything you need to cook and the location is great for markets and restaurants and lovely strolls around the neighborhood. You can even walk down to the lake. Best of all Lisa is very sensitive to the needs of her allergy sensitive travelers. That is worth the price alone!! No smelly room sprays or fabric softener sheets in the bed. Perfect!!! Would go back again. Thanks for everything Lisa!

The location was good, quiet neighborhood, walking to the lake was easy, and the host was very nice. Maybe great for young couples out for adventure but a bit too rustic for seniors there for a wedding. Poor lighting made some tasks such as putting on makeup hard. No secure internet connection was available or passwords, UN couldn’t easily be found. Perhaps that was me but I searched more than once.

Thanks for the review. I looked into the lighting question. All the lights are on adjustable dimmers, and it appears that the dimmer adjustment next to the switch was turned all the way down. Some guests prefer a dimmer light at night. Had you adjusted the dimmer back up, it would have increased the light considerably, which would have made it easier for applying makeup. We have an internet access point in the unit with instructions for connection in the book. I wish you had contacted me, I would have been able to make sure you could connect to it.

Amazing stay in North Lake Tahoe in the summertime!

We stayed here for four nights and had a wonderful time with no complaints. The space was perfectly clean and spacious, and a very short drive from town. We would highly recommend this place to anyone coming to the north side of Tahoe!

The host was lovely. She communicated effectively and walked us through everything we needed to know on our arrival. The property is located in a quiet neighborhood about a 10 minute walk from King’s Beach, which has a public access beach and is a cute town with shops and restaurants along the main drag. The unit itself was clean and the bed comfortable. There is a full size refrigerator with freezer and a gas range and oven. The natural gas grill works well. Our only note for other renters is that it is small. Very small. There is only one chair other than straight back wooden chairs in the kitchen. The bathroom—especially the shower—is tiny. If I was a single traveler or a couple only looking for a place to crash at night, this is a good place to rent.

Great birthday trip

This was a lovely cabin tucked away from the hustle and bustle down by the beach. I slept so well in the bed I asked what the mattress was! We will definitely be returning during the winter to try out the cabin in the snow! Thanks for a lovely stay!

Tahoe Stay!

My husband and I stayed at Lisa’s property and we loved our experience! Lisa was great and very thorough at check in. Great location! Perfect little cabin home base while we explored Tahoe! Our only “negative” comment is that the shower head is a little low, so my husband hit his head a few times. Would definitely recommend this property!

Overall, the property was well located and had all the necessary amenities. A perfect place for one or two people who are active during the day. The cabin is small and not really made for just hanging out during the day.

Cute little detached cabin in the perfect location, walking distance to Kings Beach and golf!

Owner is a lovely woman who greeted us with a tour of the cabin and all the amenities offered with the rental. She even gave us a bucket of golf balls collected from her backyard! (Which is adjacent to Old Brockway Golf course) We hope to stay again in the fall!!
