Perched on the ninth floor, overlooking the beach below, this home is only steps from the beachside action and a short walk from Padre Island's seaside restaurants and shops. You'll also be right next door to Schlitterbahn, putting water-soaked fun just minutes away!
This home has everything you need for a relaxing stay, including a fully equipped kitchen, fitness center, cable TV, free WiFi, and a DVD player. Kick back in the cool central A/C while the private washer/dryer does the laundry, then end your day with a nightcap on the balcony as you take in the views.

Things to Know Upon arrival, Guests who made the reservation must present a valid ID at the front desk. They must be accompanied by only members of their immediate family. For purposes of renting during these times, “family” is defined to include only members within the first degree of consanguinity or affinity (e.g., parents, grandparents (including in-laws), and children). (Cousins, aunts, uncles, nephews, or nieces are NOT considered immediate family.) No two families can share one condo. The front desk will NOT allow check-in if the renters do not meet these requirements. GUESTS: No guests are permitted to Renters. Primary guests must be at least 25 years old year-round. Wristbands are required to be worn at all times. A resort Fee of $15/day will be charged to renters, fees are capped at $150 per 30-day period.

This may also affect television streaming services.
NO PARTY POLICY: This home maintains a strict no-party and no-spring break policy. Our local South Padre Island team monitors compliance with our rental policies and responds promptly to any complaints from neighbors. We love the Sapphire, we have stayed many times. This room was booked through VRBO, but managed by vacasa. Our air conditioning went out, thankfully near the end of our stay as they did not get it fixed before we left. They were kind enough to bring fans to help with the heat as it was 79 in our room.
Condo was very clean and beautiful. Staff was friendly. This place exceeded my expectations and we'll definitely be back.

Mother and daughters trip
I love that check in was very easy and the pool is great, the gym was nice as well. My daughters love the view and the rooms beach vibe. The atmosphere is great there. This was are second time staying at Sapphire and we look forward to visiting it again.
The pictures don’t do it justice! The condo was great. Very clean. Basic amenities but enough to get you by! Enjoyed the beach toys and beach towels. This was helpful! Overall we would stay again!

This home is very nice and the views are wonderful! Good location for the beach.
This unit is perfectly located near the beach. Pool and facility in general are awesome with game room for kids and media room. Will be back again to this property for our annual pilgrimage to SPI.

The room was great, it was nice and clean. The grounds were clean, pools clean. Staff was super friendly and provided is with suggestions on where to eat. Other long term renters were super nice and very welcoming. Morning view was amazing!!!

Beautiful and quiet views
The view from the balcony is breathtaking! The property was always clean and quiet. Definitely a place if you want to snowbird or just relax. Staff was always helpful and always working on cleaning the promise and out. Parking is very accessible and allows for ample coverage if your car in the event of rain.
Beautiful and well stocked with essentials and a few extras like a pizza cutter and good coffee! We especially appreciated the life jackets for the kids. Loved it!
Beautiful view with great amenities. Very clean upon arrival. Perfect for traveling with family and young children. Only complaint is that the balcony door is very hard to open. If that can get fixed then I would give it 5 stars.

It was a nice stay. I love the people at the front desk. Very helpful. They place was very nice, comfortable, and convenient. It made our stay enjoyable. If I were to suggest anything for improvement is it might be time for a new sofa. Other than that this condo host a very good vacation.

Nice Condominium
We found #903 Sapphire Condominium very convenient. Very good location and nice building. Beautiful views of the ocean and beach. Private beach access. Cleaning could be a little better - bathroom sinks did not drain well and had issue with the thermostat not heating up the condo due to the cooler weather. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

Beautiful condominium with the perfect ocean view!! The room was in perfect clean condition!
We absolutely loved our stay on condominium #903!! The ocean view was spectacular and felt like at home. It was clean, and well stocked. Would suggest a pizza pan for the oven, extra toilet paper, and trash bags which we ran out of before we left!! Definitely would book again!! One of the girls at the front desk was not very friendly but everyone else was welcoming!!
