Home was a PERFECT location to restaurants and nightlife. Tess was great to work with. Bonus is a marina about 400 feet down the street that offers boat tours. Must do if you stay here. Ask for Captain Dan!

Beautiful home and location at Fort Myers Beach! Close to the beach and everything in Times Square - restaurants, shops, etc. We were able to walk or bike ride everywhere. The pool and canal were beautiful and we saw a dolphin right at the dock the first day we were there! Plus plenty of mullet jumping in the canal. The kids had plenty to do and there were even games they could play. Tess, the host, was fantastic, very responsive and accommodating to us, given we had family that came over to visit. There were plenty of towels, beach towels, and supplies. The elevator made it a breeze to get luggage up to the home! Plenty of seating, porches, and views. Prime location topped it off! We would absolutely stay here again as we had a wonderful time.

Beautiful views, fishing and kayaking and close to the beach. It was an ideal location for walking to shops and restaurants too. We saw dolphins from the dock and the beach was not crowded at all. If you want the canal views and fishing and the beach close by, this is a perfect spot.

We had a fabulous time staying at this beautiful home. It was within walking distance to several restaurants, shopping, and the beach. You truly can’t beat the location. The house was very clean, welcoming, and had everything we needed. We also really enjoyed the heated pool on the canal and spent many relaxing evenings outside.

Recommend staying here 10/10!! Tess was extremely responsive and so helpful—hostess with the mostest! Every aspect of property was super clean and so accommodating. The location seriously couldn’t be any more perfect or convenient! I did not want to leave and can’t wait to stay there again!

The house was beautiful & has a gret location for walking to almost everywhere on Ft Myers beach. Tess was gret working with. Any e-mails I sent were promptly answered. Would definitely recommend to anyone & will be looking ti see if its avaliable on our next stay. Thanx for everything!!
