Kihei Akahi is situated on six and a half acres of beautiful lush tropical grounds, with two great swimming pools, 4 large gas BBQ's, and a tennis court. You have everything you need with an activity reservation center, property office and library on site! It's location is ideal with beautiful beaches right across the street and shops, restaurants and more walking distance from your unit.

This spacious one bedroom / one bathroom unit is located on the 6th floor of building C, and has reserved parking place just outside the building. Your 6th floor location boasts stunning views from your own private lanai! Take in amazing sunsets over the majestic Pacific Ocean and stunning sunrises over Haleakala! Enjoy seasonal whale watching right from your lanai (December 15 - April 15)

This condo sleeps four people with a King size bed in the primary bedroom and Queen size hide-a-bed. The bathroom features an updated walk-in shower. It is perfect for couples and small families with a dining area for four people. The full size kitchen is fully equipped for the Chef in the family! Relax with dinners in or dine out at one of the many restaurants located just down South Kihei Road.

While we strive to keep all photos up to date, there may be new and updated pieces of furniture or décor that are different than in the original pictures. The functionality, available seating and sleeping space will remain the same or may improve.

Glorious sunsets

Great central location for most island activities. Beautiful sunsets from the balcony or on the beach just across the street. Unit is comfortable, quiet, and has most everything you need for a enjoyable stay.

Reflecting the "best of the 1970s," the condo unit was clean, bright, and very enjoyable to use as a vacation home during our one-week stay. We are recommending it to our friends.

What an amazing experience. The place had amazing views, was quiet, clean and conveniently located. We ended up extending our checkout on the day of and had no issues doing so. Highly recommended and we will be back.

We are from Canada, upon arrival, there are a couple of cute teacup mats with Canadian maple leaf on table, so sweet! Many cooking utensil to use, the whole place is clean and comfortable. Nice view from balcony, beautiful beach just cross the street. Will book again!

Super easy checkin by code. Sunset and ocean views plus Haleakala. AC (though we barely used it as ceiling fans were enough). Well stocked kitchen, nice shower and comfy king bed. We walked to Wailea and back plus all through Kihei beaches from the front door

Great Location, Nice Condo!

The bedroom was pretty stuffy even in March. Otherwise, it was a great condo. The view from the Lanai is not quite as nice as it seems in the photos.

Great location , beautiful view , comfortable bed . The air conditioning is loud and doesn’t get to the bedroom , so some night it was hot . It would be nice to have a few basics , like ketchup , or a few spices , but overall , would rent this again !

We have rented from this property before and love the location . Building is always quiet and people are nice that work around there. The only issue over the years now is the roosters… they are starting earlier and earlier now on waking me up…. Hahahahaa I guess earplugs can fix that

Maui condo

The location was fantastic. Just like what was written. The condo was great except one thing which we would never rent it again. Way too hot at night! Neither Aircon or natural breeze could make it to the bedroom. Tiny tiny window at the top. Basically sleeping in a box. Poor sleep even though a comfortable bed.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: THEY DIDN'T PROVIDE ADEQUATE RECYCLING! Tin cans, plastics, paper, etc. all went in to the trash. Disgusting!

Visitors are giving a information regarding what can be recycled (Tin cans, PET #1 and HDPE #2 plastics, and paper) and where the recycling areas are located (I believe this is next to the pools). This information is provided upon registration of the vehicle or should we be asked by us directly. I do hope you enjoyed the beautiful views and other amazing aspects of AKA-C612. Now knowing there is recycling we hope to host you again. Mahalo for booking with us.

In addition we found the unit and its furnishings to be outdated and in need of a good renovation.

Reviewer Comments: I was booked to arrive immediately following the Maui wildfires, and even though a state of emergency was declared and non essential travel was strongly advised against, these soulless money sucking leeches expected me to keep my reservation, citing "well our property wasn't directly affected" never mind the numerous people who lost their lives and thousands who are permanently displaced.If you're travelling to Maui, please consider another property for your stay, preferably someone local and invested in the well being of their community. These bankers couldn't care less about you beyond what you give to their profit margin.

Reviewer Comments: First time in this complex after staying 5 years 1/2 mile north. Liked the location of this complex very, very much. Close to the beach and many restaurants and stores. Grounds were well kept and very clean. Staff at complex was super friendly and helpful.The unit itself left a lot to be desired. VERY dated particularly in the kitchen and bath. Fixture in bathroom desparately needs to be replaced. TV was not good -- small with poor sound. In this day of cheap TVs you would think they would have a bigger/better one. Biggest problem was the AC. I think the unit is original and not strong enough to cool the unit.Liked the complex but would not pick this unit again.

The bed was comfortable and the ceiling fans kept us cool at night.

Great Maui Vacation Destination

The view from the balcony was very pretty, we were able to see a mountainside and the ocean. The bed was comfortable and the restroom was nice. We were also able to do laundry which was great. When we arrived there was a nice basket with some snacks and coffee! The only thing we didn’t love about it was that there was no AC in the bedroom. We did know this going into it. There’s AC in the living room so we figured we could sleep on the pull out couch instead, but the pull out couch was very uncomfortable. Eventually we decided to tolerate the heat and move into the bedroom. It was worth the comfort. Overall, a great place to stay! I think it would be perfect when the temperature is slightly lower in Maui.

Clean, quiet, 1 minute from the best beach in Kihei. Restaurants and shops right next door, boat launches close by for a snorkeling trip to Molokini. I will definitely stay here on my next trip to Kihei.

Great location, horribly hot and bright room

Pro’s: great location, nice size kitchen, nice eating area, comfortable king size bed, beach chairs provided were nice, great remodeled shower with a waterfall shower head, Keyless entry super useful, Good stock of beach towels. Cons: A/C unit furthest away from the bedroom, never did cool off bedroom at all, bedroom was ALWAYS HOT even with a fan. Also no curtains/blinds for the bedroom windows so at night it’s bright enough to read by the street lights and in the morning you are waking up at sunrise. Windows don’t seal very well so you hear roosters crowing throughout the night. Washer/dryer was nice to have but extremely small, instructions say no more then 2 towels at a time. Overall all decorations and furniture was very outdated. Snorkel gear was still sandy so it obviously wasn’t cleaned/sanitized. Wifi was essentially useless, sitting right next to it in the livingroom it couldn’t stream Netflix so we used our phone plan (even tried restarting modem and router, still painfully slow). Overall, for the price I’d stay somewhere else. Having a detrimental sleep situation on vacation wasn’t worth it in our opinion.
