Old house of charm out of a fairy tale. Ideal for a family holiday with children.
On 1st floor: 3 spacious bedrooms including 3 doubles and 1 bathroom with bath, 1 separate shower room and 1 separate wc.
On the 2nd floor: 1 attic loft of 100 m2 under the roof with 1 double bed (180 cm) and 2 single beds, 1 toilet and 1 separate toilet.
Large enclosed garden of old walls without opposite full south with terrace (30 m2) in direct access of the living room. Heated outdoor pool (10 x 4).
Possibility of parking for 2 cars inside the property.
Linen provided.
The house can accommodate 4 couples and 2 children . It is located in the green surroundings near the banks of the Marne fully equipped (5 minutes walk) ideal for walks, jogging, rollerblading or cycling. The town center with all its amenities (shops, cinema, restaurants, bars, supermarket) is 5 minutes walk from the house. Every Tuesday and Friday a market fresh produce 100 meters from the house as well as Thursday and Sunday in the city center.
The RER line A is 10 minutes walk to access Paris and access to Eurodisney Park.
We have a cat at home, normally she stays outside but She will wonder in and out

We had a great stay in Nancy’s house! It was fully equipped and has a very charming interior. The location was great, in a quiet neighborhood, yet easily accessible to Paris. Would 100% recommend and hope to be back.

The property was as described…lovely, older home with much character and charm…the decor reflecting a French country vibe. Nancy, our host, was a pleasure and quick to answer any questions or solve any issues that arose. Although the house was fine for our group, it would be an issue for anyone with mobility or stair climbing issues, as all of the bedrooms are on the 2nd and 3rd floors. We took the train into Paris daily which was about a 1/2 mile walk to the station. There is also a great little grocery around the corner providing all that you might need, including wine. We had a wonderful visit and thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Great Stay Outside but Convenient to Paris!!

Great check in process, Nancy was fabulous and personable with timely communication. It is a lovely old house with unique charm. Very spacious, the pool was priceless and her house manager was amazing! Quick walk to the RER A.that puts Paris a half hour and a world away

The house and garden were amazing and every room was full of antique French furniture and decor. There were several seating areas around the house and swimming pool to sit and relax yet with plenty of modern facilities. The basement area was also great for freezer and laundry facilities.The location was great - very close to the twice weekly market and a good little supermarket and Boulangerie close by. Also a short walk to the river MarneWe used Uber a lot and the local train station provided an excellent service to the centre of Paris.This was an excellent choice of stay for a family with teenage children and very young children in a secure surrounding and very pleasant neighbourhood.Great location, great property and facilities. We thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience.

Super host and great entourage for an amazing couple of days in Paris

Big thanks to Nancy for having us at her beautiful characteristic house in Paris. Together with a group of friends we stayed here for a week. At arrival Nancy immediatly made us feel very welcome, showed us the house as well as the market nearby. Overall Nancy was a pleasure in communication. The location is good to get into Paris, only a short walk away from the metro station which brings you directly into the city. Next to that the house felt very luxurious and was absolutely beautiful. Walking through the house everyday felt a little bit unreal as it was so beautifully decorated. From fun dinners, to cooking in the kitchen and enjoying the swimming pool; our stay was perfect!

Wonderful Stay for the Olympics

Nancy’s house was beautiful and perfect for our needs during the Olympics. We were 2 families of 4, including 4 teenagers, and the teenagers enjoyed having the (huge) top floor to themselves to chill out (there is a big double bed and 2 singles). The house is very spacious but at the same time comfortable and homely, and a real ‘home from home’. The RER is a quick 10-15 minute walk away where you can pick up the RER to central Paris (only 20 minutes on the train). There is a local supermarket just around the corner plus numerous cafes, bars, boulangeries and small shops only a 10 minute walk from the house. The garden is beautiful and very private, topped off with a fantastic outdoor pool where we spent most of our time! Nancy was a fantastic host - very easy to communicate with, friendly, knowledgeable and couldn’t do enough to make sure we had everything we needed. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this beautiful house as a fabulous base for visiting Paris and would love to come back again!

Superb location, vintage chic style, very comfortable stay

The house really takes your breath away on arrival as it is so, so pretty, covered in aromatic jasmine growing all around. The owner Nancy, greeted us and gave us lots of useful information on the area, she was a true delight to meet. She has designed the house in a vintage, French style and has some beautiful glassware and crockery. We very much enjoyed cooking and dining in. The house was very spacious with plenty of room to accommodate 4 adults and 3 children. The beds were all very comfortable and the shower was excellent. The outside area has several seating and dining options, which were very private, the children really enjoyed the pool. (A solar cover might be a useful investment). We were just approx 30min drive from Disneyland, so ideal for our 2 day park visits and a short walk to the train station, made an easy ride into Paris for sightseeing. The local market opposite the house on Wednesday & Friday mornings is a must. I would thoroughly recommend this idyllic property for an unforgettable holiday. Truly special experience

This house is extraordinary. It has been decorated with love, care, joy, and good taste. When you’re here, you’re truly in France. Everything in the house is quality: down, linen, Frette, silver, good knives, my favorite iron, American dryer that actually works. Our teens loved the loft. We loved the patio. We alternated our busy tourist days with lazy days by the pool. The grocer, market, and amazing bakery were just a few blocks away and there were some surprisingly excellent shops near the train station. Taking the metro into Paris was easy. The kids never complained about the walk. The owner Nancy was genuinely accommodating and helpful. When my daughter needed medical attention, she went way above and beyond to ensure we had what we needed. Her hospitality was exceptional — when we stayed late on our last day, at her invitation, she brought us lunch! She clearly loves hosting people. Our only recommendation is that you have a soft spot for cats. She likes attention. We will definitely try to return to this house!
