Located in good area for being able to walk to beach or short drive to downtown Newport. House was clean, check in easy and owner responsive with any issues that came up. Just a few items would have been helpful such as sharper knives in kitchen, a hair dryer, more large bath towels, and some basic cleaning supplies such as counter cleaner, windex, bathroom toilet cleaner, etc. Driveway could use something as gravel has uneven surfaces for driving and walking, especially at night. Also porch light did not work. Overall very good visit and would definitely rent again.

I love this neighborhood because it’s the perfect blend of peace and beauty. It’s just a short walk to the beach, which means I can easily spend my days enjoying the sound of the waves and the fresh ocean air. The area is incredibly quiet, which makes it such a relaxing escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. What I enjoy most are the stunning views of the ocean that I can enjoy while sipping my tea on the deck. Whether I'm taking a leisurely walk along the shore or simply soaking in the scenery from home, there's something so special about the calm and tranquility here. It’s the ideal place to unwind and enjoy the natural beauty around me
