About the host
Hosted by Barbara (Bobby) L Williams

I am a local to the Island. I grew up in Manset and my dad owns the boatyard down on the water. My grandparents owned the house and I am so happy to have been able to buy it from my parents.
Why they chose this property
My grandparents lived happily in this house for 30 years. I worked in the garden for them every summer - planting tomatoes for my Italian grandfather to make spaghetti sauce. The village of Hall Quarry was originally inhabited by stone cutters brought over from a small town in the mountains of Italy. The pink granite from these quarries graces the treasury steps in Washington DC.
