About this property

Across the street from the beach and Perfect Family Getaway. Permit#2016-506183

The entire outside of building has just gotten a complete re-do! The building looks like new. We replaced all wood, trim and re-stucco and painted the building.

All furniture and appliances are like new. The kitchen has very nice stove, refrigerator and micro wave. Also includes dishwasher and large pantry.

The Master has one King Bed with nice relaxing bedroom furniture with beautiful night stands and lamps on each. Second Room has one queen size bed and one full size bed with nicely decorated artwork. It also includes a night stand between beds with beautiful lamp.

ALL mattresses are new! We purchased new beds in July 2022.


Living Room has couch and love seat with a 55" HD TV . It is a two minute walk to the boardwalk that leads to the beach.

Very well kept condo with a private swimming pool behind the 8 plex. No condo is better decorated than this on the Island.

Every piece of artwork was picked by my wife and I and we just recently decided to rent it so that you can enjoy the blessings we have. We just joined VRBO in 2019 and that is why the price is EXCEPTIONAL!

Nothing was spared when furnishing this beautiful place.

Walking distance to many restaurants and bars.

The price on the listing is for 4 people. A small additional charge will be added for the 5th and 6th persons.

We have been staying at this beautiful condo for the past 4 years. Our stay was very pleasant and peaceful. Condo is very clean as always, and the kitchen is equipped with all the essentials. We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this condo and would highly recommend it to anyone planning a trip to South Padre Island!The condo was spotless when we arrived and was clearly very well maintained. It was spacious, comfortable, and had everything our family of four needed to relax after long days at the beach. It truly felt like a home away from home.One of the highlights was the location. The walk to the beach was quick, easy, and convenient, making it simple to go back and forth throughout the day without any hassle.The host was exceptional. He was incredibly responsive and helpful from the time we booked through the end of our stay. Anytime I had a question, he responded immediately and was always friendly and willing to help me. That level of communication made the entire experience stress-free and was one of the biggest reasons our stay was so enjoyable.Overall, this was one of the best VRBO experiences we've had. Between the beautiful condo, the excellent location, and the outstanding host, we couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. We will absolutely stay here again the next time we're in South Padre Island!

The pool was small but perfect since usually we were usually the only ones using it. The space was perfect for our family and very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and had what we needed for cooking. Being steps from the beach was great. Unfortunately the waves were quite rough during our stay.

Everything about this property was perfect for my two sons and I! The cleanliness was impressive, the pool was kept in great condition and was for private use of the building tenants which was great! The location to the beach was perfect for walking back and forth. The property owner was always quick to respond and everything was made so easy so that we could just enjoy our stay! We didn't want to leave! We will definitely be back!

The Best

I am an engineer by trade and have lived here in the Rio Grande Valley most of my life. I am a native of the RGV and absolutely love living here. My wife was a social worker for Child Protective Services and has been protecting children for over twenty five years. She is now retired and loving every moment. She is also a native of the RGV and we have been blessed with a long marriage and three wonderful kids...Bianca, Briana And Roy. The only picture of us in the condo is all of us together at Louie's Backyard restaurant located in South Padre Island.

Why they chose this property

This property was picked by my spouse Noelia, because of it's proximity to the beach and because it is located in the middle between Wanna Wanna Bar and Grill and Café on the Beach. Both have a great view of the ocean with two completely different ambiance. Down the street from our condo is Blackbeard's Restaurant which has some of the best seafood on the island.

It is not a secret that our pricing is below the median of condos on the Island. We are not hoping to get rich here, but instead, want to share what God has given to us in abundance. Noelia is a cancer survivor and very few things makes us feel like giving glory to God than by sharing what we have. You will love this condo.
