This property is exactly as advertised and even a little better than that! Restaurants are within easy walking distance and offer great variety. Hosts were easy to reach and Pina & Francisco were so friendly and nice to meet at our check in. Will definitely stay again when we return to Rome!

Charming, spacious apartment in fabulous location within historic center. Walking distance to Pantheon, Colosseum, and more. Fantastic restaurants just minutes away. recommend any of the places of the Roscioli group (cafe, pizza shop, sit down/ more formal restaurant. Sufficient AC on even 100 degree (F) days. Accurate listing would 100% stay again!-

Perfect stay. Honestly. The location has air conditioning that is fast. Washer and dying rack. Lots of room with everything in walking distance. Went out twice a day because everything was so close. A cold shower was the perfect heat combatant. The walls were so full of history the WiFi couldn’t reach my phone 10 foot away. Overall we couldn’t be happier.

The apartment was magical. It was like staying in a museum with the interesting decor. We used the kitchen everyday and the cute washing machine one time. The apartment was very spacious. The apartment was within walking distance to the Trevi fountain. We walked to the Vatican but it was quite a distance. There was only one flight of stairs. We will definitely stay there again.

A beautiful apartment in the heart of Rome. I loved the quirky feel and all the extras provided by the hosts. They could do enough to make our stay more enjoyable.Nothing was an issue and we loved the apartment. I loved having to sleeping areas. The beds were comfy and the apartment was quiet.Step outside to fantastic restaurants shopping and wandering.

Grazie for a wonderful stay in Roma! We loved your beautiful apartment in a wonderful, convenient location. It was exactly what we needed -- a bedroom for the adults and space for my 11-yr-old in the living room on the pullout sofabed. Pima and Francesca couldn't have been more helpful. Highly recommend!

This apartment was exactly as listed. Francesca was very helpful and her mother is charming. The apartment is on a very safe street. Centrally located to many of Rome’s attractions and transportation services. I would absolutely stay there again if I was ever back in Rome.

We were so fortunate to have stayed in this charming centrally located first floor home close to Campo De Fiori and Piazza Navona. Pina and her husband greeted us upon arrival explaining amenities, entrance and safety features helping create such an authentic Rome experience. Great communication from inquiry to departure. We immediately felt at home. Inside was cozy, comfortable and peaceful with everything you needed and more. Street-side balcony views with Emmas Pizzaria/Restaurant across the street. Roscoli’s, morning Cafe bars, Largo Argentina, grocery shopping, taxi stands …so much close by. We can’t thank our hosts enough for welcoming us and sharing their local recommendations.

A beautiful apartment in the most convenient & wonderful neighborhood. This was our second time in four years staying here and as always we were overwhelmed by the warmth & kindness while we were checking in. I can not recommend this convenient & comfortable apartment enough.
