The neighborhood is attached to the Encinitas Ranch Trail system with access to miles of dog friendly trails. 5 drive to Encinitas Ranch Golf Course. Walking distance to restaurants and Botanical Gardens. Entertain outdoors with dining table seating for 6-8 and adirondack seating for four and fire pit. Outdoor pizza oven that has been restored with Talavera tile. Luscious palm trees and plumerias in a gated private backyard with peek-a-boo ocean view.
