House is just as listed, clean and spacious. Issues w the oven and TV upstairs but host was quick to respond to resolve. Seanna was very responsive, gave great food reccos. We enjoyed our stay!

Everything was perfect. Host communicated everything we needed very well, place was immaculate and well stocked. Great location, walking distance to the beach, plenty of restaurants, and the wharf. Will definitely be staying here again.

This was a great rental for a weekend in Santa Cruz. The house is centrally located and easy to get to. It had everything that we needed and we enjoyed the comfortable living room space. It fit my family of four perfectly with room to spare. We would definitely rent the house again in the future.

Great stay for our family

Was a great place to stay in SC. Maybe some of the dishes/kitchen items could use an upgrade and carpet needs a wash or change out but overall we really enjoyed our stay.

I’m glad you enjoyed the house. We do have a new carpet being installed after the busy summer months end. And we did just have the carpets cleaned 6 months ago. As far as kitchen items. We replace all old items every year. So I am sorry it wasn’t up to your standard. We have never had any complaints. Only people happy with how much we provide.
