One Guest Bedroom with two Twin Beds and a flat screen TV. One Bath with a shower and ample towels. The Living Room seats 4 with TV, DVD player and comfortable down furniture. Lastly, the Small full kitchen with a cozy nook seats up to 4.
There are three exterior brick seating areas inclusive of the back and front yards with a BBQ, outdoor shower with hot water and a hot tub for outside enjoyment. The backyard is surrounded by tall hedges and a beautiful rose garden. Both the backyard and the front are gated for privacy and convenience for yourselves and your pets.

Start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Pick up all of your dogs poop and dispose of it in the trash can.
If you used the BBQ, please make sure to have cleaned it and turn off propane.
Check outside to make sure you have all of your belongings.
