Charming Interior Designer's Yacht Harbor Beach Cottage Approx 700 Sq. Ft. Approx. 3 Minutes or 2 1/4 blocks to Twin Lakes Beach, the Harbor, The Crows Nest Restaurant and other Harbor Restaurants and Outdoor Activities.

The home is a two Bedroom one Bath Beach Cottage with great south facing light. There is One Master Bedroom with a Queen Bed, Dresser, TV and luxurious bedding. One Guest Bedroom with two Twin Beds and a flat screen TV. One Bath with a shower and ample towels. The Living Room seats 4 with TV, DVD player and comfortable down furniture. Lastly, the Small full kitchen with a cozy nook seats up to 4.

There are three exterior brick seating areas inclusive of the back and front yards with a BBQ, outdoor shower with hot water and a hot tub for outside enjoyment. The backyard is surrounded by tall hedges and a beautiful rose garden. Both the backyard and the front are gated for privacy and convenience for yourselves and your pets.

Loved staying at this cottage! The location was fantastic and our dogs loved the fenced front and back yard. This was a very character filled older property and we love that, and we definitely hope to stay there again!

Excellent renters! Very informative, courteous and considerate. Well stocked with clean towels, paper towels, toilet paper and garbage bags. Clean linens and dishes. We didn’t need to clean anything before using it. We look forward to staying here again.

Nice vacation near the beach

I had a very nice time swimming in Santa Cruz at this house which is close to Yacht Harbor and Twin Lakes Beach. The house has great front and back yards, good for canine buddy. Also nice hot tub and plum tree!

Wonderful place to stay

Absolutely loved this place. Came with family and my dog. Loved the fully fenced front and back yards for my dog to run around. Loved the layout and the vintage feel. Also the hot tub was great! Will definitely go here again if I visit Santa Cruz in the future.

We loved being able to walk to the beach and restaurants, also a very dog friendly area which was nice. Some bits of the house are a little run down, but overall really lovely and comfortable. You can hear the neighbors quite a bit, but that's pretty typical for the area.

Super clean, organized, equipment well maintained, private lot with lots of privacy and super cool landscaping, great communication with the owner Jason, great location, and the BBQ grill was excellent since I do a lot of grilling. Also, the hot tub was fantastic! I highly recommend this home if you are staying in Santa Cruz or nearby.

Rustic Cottage Near the Beach

Overall, we enjoyed staying at this cottage, even if it is a bit rustic. The proximity to Twin Lakes beach is its best selling point, but it also has a nice large back yard. The footprint is small, and some of the furniture is a bit worn. Overall though it was a nice price in a great location. The hot tub was a great perk!

This rental house was a fantastic find! It had a truly cozy atmosphere, perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. Speaking of which, the location was ideal – super close for the kids to easily go back and forth. The hot tub was a definite highlight, and we all slept great thanks to the comfy beds. The kitchen had everything we needed, even if it was a little small. Check-in was a breeze, and having parking right in front was so convenient. Plus, the hosts were incredibly responsive and helpful. Highly recommend!

Cute Cottage - Great Location

This is a cute cottage, lots of character, and great amenities. Perfect, big back yard with a hot tub and outside shower. Great location is within walking distance to the beach, restaurants, harbor and the Boardwalk. We brought bikes and never drove our car during our 3 day stay. Would definitely come back!

Sweet little house

Cute and comfortable vintage beach cottage! Everything was clean and in order. (We did not use the hot tub.) Our family two small senior pups enjoyed the sunny yard, Seabright Deli nearby, and walking down to the beach for sunset. Owner was easy to communicate with at checkout time. Thank you!

Cute Little Hidden Gem

The house is old and small but very clean. Great location and neighborhood. Easy walk to the marina, beach or restaurants. Never had to drive on the highway to get to the Boardwalk. The home is well furnished for your needs. Some of the cooking pans need updating. We enjoyed our stay and would do it again.

Great stay for the 3rd time

My husband and I plus our two Lab fur babies love the Yacht Harbor beach cottage. This was our 3rd stay here in 8 years. Although the cottage is a little cramped for space for us, we always enjoy the cleanliness, stocked kitchen, comfy bed, and fabulous location 2 blocks to Twin Lakes Beach. The yard with the hot tub is great for us to hang out, give the dogs and us showers to wash off the sand, and just hang out. Thanks for having us again Jason!
