Charming Interior Designer's Yacht Harbor Beach Cottage Approx 700 Sq. Ft. Approx. 3 Minutes or 2 1/4 blocks to Twin Lakes Beach, the Harbor, The Crows Nest Restaurant and other Harbor Restaurants and Outdoor Activities.

The home is a two Bedroom one Bath Beach Cottage with great south facing light. There is One Master Bedroom with a Queen Bed, Dresser, TV and luxurious bedding. One Guest Bedroom with two Twin Beds and a flat screen TV. One Bath with a shower and ample towels. The Living Room seats 4 with TV, DVD player and comfortable down furniture. Lastly, the Small full kitchen with a cozy nook seats up to 4.

There are three exterior brick seating areas inclusive of the back and front yards with a BBQ, outdoor shower with hot water and a hot tub for outside enjoyment. The backyard is surrounded by tall hedges and a beautiful rose garden. Both the backyard and the front are gated for privacy and convenience for yourselves and your pets.

I was actually sad when I had to leave. This cottage was perfect for me and my dog. The backyard (and front) are completely fenced in so he spent much time outside. The beach is within walking distance and there are several really nice restaurants within a block or two. I think it is a perfect location. And, it is a quiet neighborhood at night. The owners are remarkable at communicating!!!!! LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS PLACE and will definitely be returning.

This was our 4th time to stay at this lovely cottage and we will be back. It’s situated in a quiet neighborhood just a short walk to the harbor and restaurants. The property was well maintained and each time we have come something beautiful is in bloom. The back yard and hot tub are a perfect place to relax. Communication with the host was timely and a small issue we had was solved quickly. The house has true character… we cannot wait to return.

This get away was just what we needed! Absolutely LOVED the yard - private pretty- cute neighborhood Incredibly quiet Yes - cottage is small but worked for two of us and one small dog Handy little market on the next block Cafe two blocks away Unfortunately we needed to contact the host to figure out the hot tub- as we don’t have one and there weren’t any instructions. Water wasn’t heated and it took several hours- only downside of the visit. Host is pleasant- quick to respond and issue was resolved. A few blocks away from the ocean as well as the lagoon.
