Modern Loft Syle apartment

A beautiful loft style private apartment with skylights throughout. Great for a weekend getaway and centrally located on the west side of Providence. Walking distance to many popular restaurants and cafe's on historic Broadway and minutes from Federal Hill and Downtown. Please make yourselves at home in our newly renovated space. The unit includes washer and dryer, and dishwasher. The property was an elementary school house just 40 years ago before laws changed to make all schools be brick. The outside is surrounded by a fruit orchard and garden plots for other tenants to express their green thumbs! The property is home to long term tenants as well as people whom are looking for a vacation spot. This particular unit is located on the 3rd floor and has many original woodwork throughout to keep the schoolhouse history alive!

Gorgeous loft apartment, convenient location

Spacious,light, beautifully furnished and very comfortable. Plenty of storage space. Private parking space is valuable. Shared garden space with outside seating a bonus. Quiet location, and easy walking distance to local eating places, and Federal Hill. We also walked to Downtown in 20 mins and East Side in 40 mins. Would love to stay again.

The loft was tidy and clean. Loved the walk from the parking lot through the garden to the entry door. The loft was near many restaurants and coffee shops and concenivent to the highway when we went to the beach. Only one suggestion...put a shade on the skylight over the bedroom. Ideally would rate our stay 4.75 And for those of us interested in your art maybe a page in your guest book about each piece. I’d love information about the nude I the bedroom
