Nice place and comfortable for me and my dogs. The almost completelyenclosed yard was good for the dogs. You do have to walk basically up from the basement level to the second story. I might have packed a little differently if I had known about all the stairs. Would stay again.
I stayed for a short business trip. It was easy to find. There was some construction or work being done while I was there so it was noisy in the morning. Also, the light from the streetlights come into the room so it was hard to sleep. But it had everything else that I need and if I am back in St. Louis i would consider staying here again.
I'll be honest, this place doesn't leave the best first impression but it really grew on me after the first night and did become a cozy retreat after doing touristy things in STL. Has everything you need at a cheaper price than a hotel room, it's easy to get to the building, private parking spot, the buliding itself has a keypad entry so feels secure, nice neighborhood, and even has a small area out back for dogs. With that said, I probably wouldn't stay here with more than 2 adults unless you're on a budget or not staying long since it would feel cramped plus the sofa sleeper room has glass doors so you don't get much privacy outside of the one bedroom. Highly recommended for solo travelers or couples though, especially if you have dogs. I would absolutely stay here again!
We were pleased with the location of the rental. It seemed to be a safe neighborhood (we didn’t spend much time at the rental). There were people out walking with their children and their dogs, there were higher end vehicles parked on the streets, and lots of fun Halloween decorations out. It was located within 10-30 minutes of all of the activities we had planned. The rental was just as it looked in the pictures. There were parking spots just for the rental, so we didn’t have to park on the street. Everything in our particular rental was clean. The stairwell could have been “updated” a bit, but we weren’t staying in the stairwell! Our only complaint was that the bed was extremely firm! To us, it practically felt like we were sleeping on the wood floor. Neither one of us slept well and we woke up very stiff and uncomfortable in the mornings. Also, the pillows were flat and there were only 2 of them (besides the decorative ones in the shams). We could have reached out to request more, but it doesn’t seem like too much of an issue to have them there available in the rental. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay other than the bed situation.
A great apartment in a great area, close to Tower Grove park and lots of St. Louis activities! I live in the St. Louis area and had an extended stay here through my house renovations. Highly recommended for both short and longer stays!
This was a great place, very clean and comfortable. Everything I needed was there. So great to have the washer and dryer in the unit!! Can't say enough about the neighborhood, easy and safe walk to the park.

Liked: Check-in, location
Disliked: Cleanliness, communication
not enough towels only 1 roll of toilet paper. other towels locked away in closet. had to clean and wash our own dishes. didn't feel safe. and thought the apartment could use a good deep cleaning. washer and dryer was nice. the floor felt sticky on your feet and dirty. nice apartment but not very cozy.
My partner and I had a fantastic stay! The unit was very clean and organized. The location is phenomenal for getting around the area and the parking spot is a total plus! The host did a great job communicated with us and helping with anything that came up. Overall we could not have asked for a better stay and would recommend this unit to everyone!
First, the owner was a dream, sent pre-arrival info, neighborhood activities/spots. He quickly responded to emails, graciously helped with vetting Guest Portal when our dinosaur phones weren't cooperating. Reached out to all of his guests to prepare for dangerous/tornado type weather( which indeed did arrive).Second, the apartment was CLEAN, modern, in a quaint neighborhood which is located near Soulard, The Hill, downtown, historic St Louis and Tower Park( a must see).In the future this will be our place to stay, hands down.
We liked the apartment, it was clean and well appointed. The bathroom has little storage and could use some kind of counter space/ shelving to help with makeup etc. Kitchen is small but serviceable. It was a bit chilly, but it's winter and those older buildings are like that. Very nice to have assigned parking, and the neighborhood was nice for walking the dogs. Plenty of great restaurants nearby too.
Could have used a few extra bath linens, but it was great to have a washer and dryer in the unit.
All in all, I would recommend!
The property was clean and well maintained, it was quite spacious and comfortable for the three of us. It is also near Tower Grove park, shops, cafes and restaurants. The property manager was very responsive to emails and texts, check-in process was smooth. This is a four unit building and the other tenants were all very quite and respectful. I would recommend to friends and family, we enjoyed our stay and felt like we were minutes away from every area of the city.
We enjoyed this property. It had everything we needed - simple and adequate furnishings. It is in terrific shape. It has plenty of room, although the kitchen is really tight. Very convenient location in a beautiful neighborhood. We'd definitely come back!
(Be careful getting in the tub though - quite slippery. )
