Beautiful condo. Love the Emerald Grande. You never need to move your car if you prefer not. It's close to lots of restaurants and right on the harbor.Chris's communication was great. He responded very quickly. Pictures on VRBO are exact but the balcony views. Those are way better than you can imagine. We've stayed @ Emerald Grande twice and this is by far our favorite condo with those Awesome views. Only wish we could have stayed our full trip, Hurricane isaias decided to come in Friday with eye of storm hitting Destin. We arrived on Wednesday and rec'd evacuation notices very quickly after arriving. It was such a difficult decision to leave but Friday morning, it was expected to be a Cat 3. Very interesting trip watching all the efforts prepping for a Cat 3. Bottom line, no one would be disappointed with this condo in my opinion.

Amazing views of the harbor. We enjoyed the boat watching. And perfect spot for the firework shows. Emerald Grande is a great spot for my family every year. We’re already planning our next trip back.

Anniversary get away with family.

We had a great stay in this property! This unit has some of the best views of anywhere we have stayed. It was very spacious with great amenities for all to enjoy. The wrap around patio was a favorite amongst our group. It was great that this unit provided 3 full bedrooms.

Absolutely Outstanding!

We could not have asked for a better place to stay. The emerald Grand is everything that it says it is, and more. The?Unit was absolutely beautiful and the views were breathtaking. We are already planning our next vacation to Destin. And we're going to make sure we get the exact same unit.

Enjoyable Stay

Beautiful and well maintained property and this unit 605 had everything we needed. It's just high enough so pool noise is minimal and loved the wrap-around balcony and corner location with perfect views of the water, beach, boating activity and so convenient to Harborwalk Village below. Cars on nearby bridge can be a little loud on the balcony at times but understandable and is quiet inside.

Perfect Christmas Weekend

We regularly visit Destin 3-4 times per year. It’s our most favorite vacation spot. This is our 4th year coming for the Christmas parades and the Emerald Grande is the prime location. We all agreed that the view from E605 might be the best view we’ve ever had in the 15 years we’ve been coming. It was spacious, clean and convenient to all our favorite things with the best wrap around balcony views of the harbor and gulf! Highly recommend!!

Breathtaking view

This place is absolutely gorgeous and great place for family. Everything is within walking distance. The room was immaculate. Plenty of room for 8 people. The beds were extremely comfortable and I loved having a full kitchen with having multiple people. Made things a lot easier. The balcony was my absolute favorite place to be.

If you want to have a good view of the ocean, sunset/sunrise this is the perfect condo! Big corner balcony so you can see just about everything the property has to offer below. Will be using this unit again if future dates allow for it.

Chris was very helpful and quick to respond to questions before we arrived. Our stay was amazing! Very clean condo. The view from the balcony was unbelievable. We saw DOLPHIN every day. Location was walkable to restaurants & shops. The kids loved the boat ride to the beach. Providing beach towels, chairs, & umbrella at the shuttle & beach were a GREAT SERVICE.
