It was a beautiful cabin, nicely decorated, and well maintained. The property was quiet and we saw lots of wildlife. My favorite part was the creek that runs just a few feet from the porch.

Our family absolutely loved this house! It has the perfect layout for larger groups (we had 4 adults and 5 kids). Every morning we enjoyed coffee on the deck with stunning views of Princeton. Close to town and easily accessible to so much. I would come back to this house in BV any time! You will not be disappointed.

Great place to stay!

The property was great! The owners were so nice and checked on us to make sure everything was going okay. The driveway was snowed in, so they worked tirelessly to make sure we could get in when we arrived.

Hi Barry, thank you for the nice review. We did have an unexpected challenge with blowing snow and being able to keep the dive way clear, but we're so glad you enjoyed it and everything worked out. Please come back again soon.

Beautiful, peaceful ranch

This property was beautiful inside and out! We enjoyed the views and sound of the creek running through. The inside is like a western museum! Very clean and comfortable. Nice beds, plenty of bathroom space and fully stocked kitchen. It’s a wonderful place to spend time.

Perfect for our family xmas gathering

My siblings and I and our spouses had a wonderful, cozy, and scenic Christmas week with my 90 year old father. Great kitchen for cooking large meals. We loved relaxing in front of the beautiful stone fireplace. Convenient to many attractions (Leadville, hot springs, Salida). But mostly just a great place to be together.

We really enjoyed our stay at the cabin. Loved sitting on the deck and listening to the creek. The only issues were that two of the sliding doors didn't work, and we couldn't open the garage door to get the grill out. We worked around it all, though. Great cabin in a wonderful location.

Great base for Buena Vista and the Collegiates

This was our annual outing to climb 14ers and our first time in the BV area. This was a fantastic property with the perfect location - easy access to both BV and the trailheads, while completely private and secluded. Communication with the owners was seamless, easy and very helpful. We will definitely consider coming back.
