This was our second time staying here, and the house looked just as great as it did when we first stayed two years ago. We were a group of six in Alpine for Viva Big Bend and stayed for three nights, and the house was a perfect fit for us.Everything was pristine and very well maintained. The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms were well appointed, and the large kitchen had plenty of space for our group. The refrigerator looked practically new, and having a full size washer and dryer was another nice convenience. One morning we hosted breakfast for 10 people, and the large dining table accommodated everyone comfortably.The location is also excellent being close enough to walk into downtown Alpine, which was especially convenient during the festival. One person in our group had an EV, and the 30-amp outlet under the carport made charging easy.The backyard is huge and a great place to spend time. On a previous stay, we used the fire pit to roast s’mores, which was a lot of fun.It’s clear the owners take very good care of the property. After two stays, we’ve had consistently great experiences and would absolutely stay here again.

Wonderful Location

This home is in the perfect location in Alpine. Restaurants and shopping are within walking distance. I have stayed at this property many times and have never been disappointed. It is a home away from home.

The house worked perfectly for our stay during Cyclefest. Comfortably housed the 4 of us with a lot of space. Everything was clean and in good shape. It's a great location, just steps from many of Alpine's restaurants. The hosts were absolutely fantastic and communicated clearly and promptly!

Great location!

Wonderful Graduation weekend

We enjoyed our stay for our Son's Graduation from SRSU. Our family has had a tough year and thos allowed us to basically have a long sleepover. Lots of room, great kitchen, great location.
