Beautiful neighborhood conveniently located. The fireplace and outdoor firepit were wonderful. We loved being able to seat all 7 of us (with room for more) around the round kitchen table. The huge 'lazy susan' made dinners and crafting easy and fun. We had a great time!

The house is beautiful. It is well kept and very clean. The beds are comfortable. The house is equipped with everything needed for your stay. Within walking distance to the beach and shops too! Joanne is a wonderful host. We will definitely rent again!

This home is very well equipped and has most everything you’d need for a stay in York ME. We were there for a family wedding and we had great access to downtown York. You can even walk downtown if you’re so inclined.

This is a beautiful home, a short walk to the beach, and perfect for family vacations. Plenty of room for our daughter's family to vacation with us. The back yard is great for the kids to run around. The house is well stocked with appliances, cookware, and soft goods. We have stayed here several summers and plan to return.

House was great- plenty of room for two families each with two kids. The house was very clean and organized. It was stocked with most everything that you would need to live for a week. Our host was great- she was very responsive to any messages and gave us good recommendations for things local. It’s a great distance from several beaches and shops.

We went to York to visit family ahead of the summer season. The weather was a bit rainy and chilly - we were delighted with the gas fireplace! The location was wonderful , walking distance to short sands. There were 7 of us including 2 kids and we were all very comfortable, and there was plenty of room to have some privacy.

Wonderfully clean, kitchen is fully stocked, having linens on the bed is such a nice perk, and they’re cotton! Plenty of towels, extra blankets, even a buggy to bring things to the beach which is super close by. Will definitely be back!
