The cottage has hard wood flooring throughout, central air conditioning, gas fireplace w/d, d/w, garbage disposal, wifi, half bath on first floor, master bedroom on first floor with private deck/full bath, 2 bedrooms on second floor (full & two twins in each) with Shower bathroom. Kitchen is fully equipped. Screened in Porch off kitchen area. Parking for four vehicles. Solo Fire Pit, with seating for 10. Sleeps 10 people. Outdoor shower and patio with picnic table seating 8. Perfect for large families and small children. Summer 2026 minimum stay 4 nights. No pets. Bedroom & Bath linens provided. We went to York to visit family ahead of the summer season. The weather was a bit rainy and chilly - we were delighted with the gas fireplace! The location was wonderful , walking distance to short sands. There were 7 of us including 2 kids and we were all very comfortable, and there was plenty of room to have some privacy.

My daughters , grandson & I were very thrilled about the location how the house was layed out, the use of the kitchen, several bathrooms, use of lawnchairs * even the fire pit. Towels were plentiful & the upstairs shower w/the pebble floor was very refreshing. We had no complaints, delighyed the whole stay..would love to stay w/Joanne's house again.

Beautiful property

Lovely spot and enjoyed watching the ducks and geese at the pond. If the weather had been better we would have really enjoyed the fire pit area. It’s a really nice neighborhood and everything is a short drive. The beds are comfy and the kitchen was very well equipped. Love the fireplace and open concept living area!
