It was very clean and perfect for what we needed. The only couple things that were very minor were the stickers in the front yard that stuck to our shoes, parking was a bit hard with our SUV, and the fridge door did not open all the way and would hit the wall across from it. Very minor stuff otherwise was a perfect location for us!

Amazing location across from CSU. This bungalow was perfect for my family of 4 to stay for almost a week. Clean, cozy, and had everything we needed and wanted. Comfortable beds!

Our experience was great!! The location was PERFECT for any event at Canvas Stadium and the CSU campus. Quick drive to old town with plenty of choice of places to eat. Blue Agave was excellent. I wold highly recommend.

Great FOCO House and Location

This beautifully remodeled home is clean and in a great location. We were visiting with family for our daughter’s December graduation. The house had everything we needed and was quiet and comfortable. I would definitely stay there again.

Nice House Great Location.

The house was perfect for our weekend trip to Ft Collins. It is close to CSU and many places to eat. The house was clean and the beds were comfy. Although we didn’t use it, the backyard and fire pit area looked like a great place to relax.

Great little house across the street from CSU

Perfect little place to stay while visiting CSU and Fort Collins. Would have given 5 stars, but no dishwasher and the hot water was dangerously hot, which gave us some trouble. Overall, great place to stay, checked all the boxes….comfy beds, good internet, warm and central location.
