This is the third time we have stayed here so we definitely like it. Our boys enjoyed the ping pong table downstairs a lot. It is great to be so close to the ocean. We appreciated the updated bathroom and refinished hardwood floors.

Perfect Family Vacation

The house was in the perfect location for our family get away! The kitchen is well stocked and the bar seating is perfect for kids. Everything was neat and clean, and our stay couldn’t have been more comfortable.

The host was very responsive to inquiries in a timely manner. The house has a great location in proximity to the beach and the pier. There were boogie boards, corn hole, bocce ball, and a ping pong table. We really enjoyed our stay.

Great stay in OBX

Great property location a little out of the crowds but still easy access to all the restaurants and activities. Well stocked kitchen and very large tv for family movies. Very prompt response and easily accommodated a need with an infant and two year old. Would book again.

We had a fantastic time during our week July 4 - 11, 2026. We rented from Zac last year in 2025 and stayed at his property Tangerine Dreams. This year we stayed at the house up front and loved it! It met all our family's needs and then some. So close to the beach - steps out the door, across the dune. Zac is very attentive to any concerns and addresses anything very promptly. Many updates have been done in this rental and access to a washer and dryer was a huge plus! There is a ping pong table and dart board in the garage as well, for some family fun. The home was clean and super family friendly. The kitchen is stocked to handle your cooking needs. It is located in a perfect area with access to so much - restaurants, shopping, events, markets, and the beach! The whole reason to be there. Would recommend renting from Zac and likely will be doing so ourselves!

Great house with easy walk to the beach!

Excellent location in the Outer Banks and the house was very conveniently located to everything. The beach was just a quick walk over the sand dunes, which was amazing. Can't wait to visit again, would definitely stay in this cozy cottage again!!
