Muy buena en general. Buena ubicación, a 5 minutos andando de playa la Farella y a 10 minutos del pueblo. Com servicios cerca, no hace falta coger coche.Apartamento bien equipado y en la cocina todo tipo de utensilios para cocinar.La piscina ideal para familias con ninos.Lo único el sofa no es muy comodo y el colchon de la habitación principal se hunde un poco. Pero aun asi hemos estado a gusto la semana.

Nous avons passé une très agréable semaine dans le logement de Virginie. Emplacement idéale a 3 mn à pied de la plage et piscine très chouette, notre fils était ravi. La climatisation est très appréciable aussi :) Logement fonctionnel et impeccable. Merci à Virginie, et à Valerie et son mari qui sont sur place pour la remise des clefs, pour leur confiance.

Excelente ubicación y piscina comunitaria muy agradable.

Apartamento muy bien ubicado, a dos minutos caminando de una bonita playa con chiringuito y muy cerca de la zona del puerto. Y desde esa playa puedes ir caminando a otras calas y playas muy buenas para hacer snorkel. Tiene una piscina comunitaria súper agradable. La zona es tranquila, ideal para familias. El apartamento está bien equipado, con dos habitaciones, una de matrimonio y otra con literas, la de abajo doble. También tiene una terracita pequeña pero en la que se puede comer y cenar y que da bastante juego. Lo único negativo es que da a la carretera y es bastante ruidosa. Y que hay que llevar las sábanas y toallas de casa.

Heerlijk verblijf

Hele vriendelijke ontvangst door Valérie die meteen tips meegeeft voor bezienswaardigheden en lekkere adresjes in de buurt. Alles heel netjes, zwembad is een pluspunt. Pingpongtafel in de schaduw. Houd er wel rekening mee dat je een appartement huurt en dus lawaai hebt van de buren.

Schöne Wohnung, tolle Lage, lieber Service

Wohnung hat eine optimale Lage. Kurzer Weg zum Strand und in den Ort. Gemütliche kleine Anlage mit tollem Pool. Bus fährt fast direkt vor der Tür, tolle Anbindung. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und sagen DANKE. Wir kommen gerne wieder !!!

Buen alojamiento

Hemos pasado unos días muy agradables en el apartamento. Bien conservado, bien equipado. Alojamiento ideal para 4 personas, para más lo veo justo… Comunidad muy respetuosa y tranquila. Piscina perfecta para pasar buenos ratos. Buena ubicación aunque cierto que da a la carretera y es algo estresante…hay que acostumbrarse. Mobiliario y electrodomésticos en buen estado. Solo habría que ir pensando en cambiar el sofá cama del comedor..bastante incómodo. No pretendo tener el de mi casa..pero al fin y al cabo también vamos a descansar 😉

Ubicación y trato excelentes.

Ubicación y trato con la propietaria muy bueno. Precio muy razonable teniendo en cuenta que tiene una buena piscina colectiva y aire acondicionado. Apartamento y mobiliario (con casi todo lo necesario) en buen estado, con una buena distribución y aprovechamiento del espacio del piso. Pueden dormir correctamente 6 personas, y dispone hasta de una cuna adicional.

Très agréable séjour

L'appartement est conforme à la description : confortable, bien agencé, proche de la plage, des promenades, des commerces... La propriétaire, bien que n'étant pas sur place, est très disponible et répond rapidement. L'accès au garage est en forte pente et difficile pour des voitures basses (nous avons abîmé les bas de caisse) mais reste un plus. Llança est très agréable et donne envie d'y revenir, notre séjour a donc été une réussite totale !

Llanca reste un port et une petite ville très agréable. La résidence est très sympa avec la possibilité d'utiliser la piscine collective. C'est un vrai plus lorsque le temps n'est pas top à la plage! L'appartement est clair, doté d'une terrasse agréable pour y déjeuner. Le seul bémol vient du trafic routier devant les fenêtres qui peut être gênant par moment. J'y reviendrai avec plaisir toutefois!

Bel appartement

Appartement très bien équipé, proche des plages, comme indiqué. Il est climatisé mais seulement dans le séjour et la grande chambre, cela est dommage, car la petite chambre ne l'est pas ...il faut laisser la porte ouverte de la chambre mais cela est gérable...la clim est appréciable quand il fait chaud, et la grande chambre donne sur la grande rue, donc cela est plus calme la fenêtre fermée. Seul bémol de l'appartement est le garage en sous sol ...il faut préciser que l'accès n'est pas adapté pour un monospace ...nous avons un SEAT ALHAMBRA ...une galère pour descendre et pire pour remonter ...par contre, la place de parking est très grande, c'est dommage...mais il est très aisé de se garer devant ou dans la rue qui mène à La Farella, nous avons trouvé de la place à n'importe quelle heure ... La propriétaire qui n'est pas sur place est très sympathique. On recommande.
