Alain and Isabelle's villa was absolutely lovely. It was quite comfortable, clean, and well-equipped. The backyard was perfect for enjoying dinner or wine outside. The location is ideal for a beach vacation. The bay is a block away, and the ocean beach is a short bike ride, walk, or drive. Also we were pleasantly surprised by the daily market that is at the end of the block, perfect for food and gifts. They are also only a block away from the main street with restaurants and shops. This was our first time in Cap Ferret, and we cannot wait to go back!

The perfect house in the perfect location

I stayed here with my wife and infant son and my parents. The house is immaculately presented and has everything you could wish for in a vacation house. The outdoor area was great to eat meals at and also relax after a busy day sightseeing. There are 4 spacious bedrooms and two living areas making it ideal for 8 people.The market is less than a minutes walk and the beaches and promenade less than 3 minutes walk. Communication prior to check in was flawless and throughout our stay. If we are back in the area we will be sure to book again.

La maison est idéalement placée, à 2 pas du marché du Cap-Ferret, 50 mètres du bassin d'Arcachon, des commerces, et 10 min à pied de l'océan. De très belles pièces à vivre, 4 très belles chambre, et tout est rigoureusement neuf.La grande terrasse derrière la maison est super équipée avec une vraie cuisine extérieure, totalement équipée.A l'intérieur, l'équipement est au top, et la propreté est carrément clinique ...Je n'avais jamais loué une maison aussi impeccable, c'est juste remarquable.Alain nous a accueilli avec une gentillesse incroyable (malgré notre arrivée plutôt tardive !). J'ai loué un grand nombre de maisons depuis des années sur le Cap-Ferret, et celle là est exceptionnelle, avec un rapport qualité prix irréprochable.Bref, cette adresse est une perle. Si vous cherchez une maison super bien placée, que vous aimez les prestations neuves et de qualité, et que vous êtes sensibles à une propreté clinique, alors n'hésitez pas !Merci à Alain et son épouse, nous avons passé un super séjour, et on serait bien resté !!!

Merveilleux séjour dans une superbe maison très bien située au cœur du Cap Ferret. Les propriétaires adorables avaient mis beaucoup de soin à préparer notre arrivée. Un lit bébé était même déjà prêt ! L’extérieur est très bien aménagé et convivial avec le coin bar et repas abrité très convivial. Maison très bien équipée. Maison parfaite pour un séjour au Ferret

Nous avons loué la maison d’Isabelle et Alain avec un couple d’amis pour un week-end prolongé au Ferret. Tout a été parfait : - Isabelle et Alain sont très accueillants et charmants. Ils ont été très flexibles sur les horaires d’arrivée et de départ ; - leur maison est parfaite : très bien placée, à quelques mètres des halles du Cap, du marché, des commerces et de la plage. La maison semble neuve, très bien entretenue, propre avec une terrasse à l’arrière qui est magnifique et qui dispose d’une cuisine d’été ! Le petit plus : le terrain de pétanque sur le côté de la maison. La literie est de très bonne qualité dans les 4 chambres. Encore merci à Isabelle et Alain pour leur accueil et leur gentillesse qui ont rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable.

Très belle maison, équipements parfait, emplacement idéal, bon accueil, maison très propre Tout était parfait a part un seul défaut 1 WC et 1 salle de douche pour 3 chambre c'est un peu juste

Magnifique séjour au cap ferret

Nous avons passé de magnifiques moments dans la villa d'Alain. Elle est idéalement située, très agréable, très bien équipée et magiquement décorée. La terrasse extérieure et la cuisine d été sont vraiment le vrai plus de cette très belle maison. De surcroît Alain et son épouse sont des personnes charmantes. Je recommande vivement et n'hésiterai d' y retrouver Stephane
