SĂ©jour entre amis sans enfants

Nous avons passĂ© la semaine du 15 aoĂ»t chez Loic au cap Ferret. Nous Ă©tions uniquement des adultes sans enfants. L'arrivĂ©e autonome est trĂšs pratique , bien que Loic aie Ă©tĂ© prĂ©sent pour nous accueillir . La maison quoique simple, est fonctionnelle pour des vacances ( bbq, lave linge , lave vaisselle). Concernant la proximitĂ© du restaurant Ă  cĂŽtĂ© : il est trĂšs important de noter que la maison est collĂ©e Ă  la terrasse du restaurant . Celui ci n'ouvre que le soir , mais le bruit occasionnĂ© peut ĂȘtre trĂšs fort et empĂȘcher les conversations sur la terrasse de la maison . Cela ne nous a pas dĂ©rangĂ© car nous Ă©tions sans enfants et absents le soir , mais en saison , il ne faut pas s'attendre au calme absolu en soirĂ©e ! La localisation est parfaite , Ă  deux pas de tout . La communication avec LoĂŻc a Ă©tĂ© trĂšs bonne . Je recommande vivement cette location pour les personnes qui ne seraient pas incommodĂ©es par le bruit en saison estivale . Merci encore Loic

Dreckig und laut

Das Haus entspricht nicht der Beschreibung. Total verdreckt, verschimmelte Duschen und verrostete Möbel, Plastikrasen, Toilette lĂ€uft aus. Es befinden sich direkt neben einem Restaurant (Nachbarhaus), so dass es Abends und auch morgens ab 9:00 laut ist und zudem nach KĂŒche riecht. Wir fahren seit Jahren nach CF, noch nie so ein Haus fĂŒr diesen Preis gehabt.

Superbe hébergement ! Notre hÎte Loïc a été efficace et trÚs arrangeant. Accueil bien organisée. La maison et l'annexe sont agréables et bien équipées. Cuisine spacieuse et jolie véranda ! Escapade au cap ferret

Un super week-end! Une charmante maison, dans un petit quartier de pĂȘcheur en bord de bassin. Le phare du cap ferret a seulement quelque mĂštres, des cabanes Ă  huĂźtres, c’était parfait. Entre amis, nous avons adorĂ© et nous recommandons vivement !!!
