Corner unit with fireplace (seasonal ONLY) and two ocean view covered porches, ocean views from virtually every room and a building elevator. Three smart TVs with cable, three DVD players, ceiling fans, hardwood floors, granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. Master suite with ocean facing covered porch, private bath with tile shower and Jacuzzi tub. Washer and dryer in unit. Spacious living/dining area with private covered porch. Seasonal outdoor pool and hot tub, picnic grilling area and landscaped courtyard next to the pool. Across the street from the Oak Island Pier, restaurant and beach access via a private walkway with gazebo. Conveniently located for access to the Oak Island Golf Course, Cape Fear Jetport, shopping, dining, and activities.
The Yaupon Dunes pool is open annually from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Specific condo communities may keep the pool open past Labor Day depending on the homeowner's association's recommendation.
