The house was the perfect location for our needs. We appreciated the flexibility of our hosts. The house was very comfortable and the perfect size for us.
It was the perfect house for us to try VRBO for the first time. There was plenty of room for five adults and a very active toddler. The location could not have been better for all of the events we were tending, which were in the Perry neighborhood. I recommend this house

This was a nice house, very comfortable and clean.
The house was modest, but very comfortable, very clean, warm and inviting. It was also a close walk to Manito Park, which was fun. Tina was very helpful and quickly available to answer any questions. She really made us feel special with a variety a little touches. We would stay there again if needed.

Downtown access
Property overall was underwhelming. Curbside appearance wasn’t great- front door is paint-chipped and outer walls are visibly dirty. Towels were very thin, area rugs dirty, stairs leading to the basement were very dirty, the patio table and chairs outside needed a good cleaning- we swept the chairs off and wiped down the table. That being said, host left a nice variety of snacks appropriate for our teenagers who were playing in a basketball tournament, and the location was perfect.
Fantastic Location & Wonderful Owner Communication
Located near Manito Park with easy access to grocery stores, pharmacies and restaurants plus a wonderful neighborhood to walk! We also needed the super quick commutes to the hospitals and downtown while here-worked great.
Layout of the house was perfect for our family's needs. Tina is wonderful to communicate with--always super timely in her responses and flexible. Highly recommend!
The house was nicer than photos in listing. Quite spacious. Very nice neighborhood. Right next to a yoga studio. We stayed there to go to Silverwood, and the drive was surprisingly not bad at all. Nice easy going owner.
house worked beautifully for the family gathering. Tina went overboard with Christmas tree, food treats, and accommodations for children. We'll look forward to using the house again.
