Great safe location and plenty of space for 5!

The condo was so cute!! It was a peace of Paris! You could see the Eifel tower tip from the master bedroom! Everything was great, there are TWO full bathrooms. Very safe neighborhood with a few restaurants and a grocery store.

Excellent Paris apartment!

My family of four including two teenagers stayed at this beautiful apartment in early July. It is a great space with air conditioning and a washer and dryer. The property manager was very helpful and quick to respond to a question. The apartment is in a wonderful location - about a 10 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower and a 20 minute walk to the Arc de Triomphe and the Champs-Elysees. It is located near multiple metro stations too. It has lots of restaurants and a great market nearby. I would definitely recommend this apartment!

The location is outstanding: just a short walk from Rue Cler, and close enough to the Eiffel Tower to see the tip of it from one bedroom window! Speaking of: the room with the double bed is quite small, and the bathroom even smaller - we were banging into walls and handles all week. The room with two single beds is quite spacious, and the bathroom next to it as well.We stayed in July, and the window AC units did just fine against the heat in the 2-bed room and the living room, but could not keep up in the smaller bedroom.

Fantastic Apartment for our needs

My 2 daughters and I stayed here in May 2025 and it was absolutely perfect for us! The host was a responsive communicator and although we had no issues, I expect we would have received a prompt response if we had. The location was absolutely perfect and we walked or easily took public transportation to everywhere we wanted to experience. While we didn't use the kitchen much, it was well stocked with anything we would have needed. But who wants to cook when you are in Paris? There was even Netflix provided, which we used only one night when we were exhausted from the day and just wanted a relaxing night in. I 100% recommend this apartment!

Great location

The host was very easy to communicate with and responsive. Location was great. Many restaurants within 1-2 blocks and a small store for essentials. Easy walk to Eiffel tower. The area felt very safe. Air conditioning worked great. As the description mentions it is a few flights of stairs up. Just be aware / able to carry your suitcases up. The apartment is quiet. I couldn't get the dryer to work well but I didn't ask for help , just line dried items. The host only leaves 1 towel per person (1 small 1 medium). If you need more, ask and I'm sure they would give. You might want to bring your own carbon monoxide detector. (I didn't see one in unit). The apartment fridge and bathrooms were very clean despite it being and older building. Easy place to stay.

Unfortunately, this apartment did not provide those. Also, the number of electrical outlets near the bed was not adequate. The bathroom curtain around the tub needs to be replaced- it’s old and hard to use.
