The condo is located across from the bay with a beautiful view and access to the beach. The shuttle picked us up and dropped us off just steps away from the condo entrance which made it easy to go to town and then onto the beach. It was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for our short stay in Provincetown.

The house was really nice and close to the beach. We were 4 and fit perfectly. Maybe if you are there for a long rental, it might feel small for 4 people. It has a lot of cook wares and the grill works really well.

My husband and I took our adult daughter to Provincetown to celebrate her birthday. We spent the weekend exploring the town and surrounding area and enjoying the delicious seafood. The home was cute and comfortable. The community is quiet and friendly. We walked down to the beach and up the street to the Dune Shack Trail. It is close enough to walk to Provincetown.

The house was very cute, clean and well-stocked. However I found the check in time of 4pm on the late side and checkout of 10am pretty early compared to most places. Note that the "shared laundry" does not come with instructions but is in the storm cellar of another condo down steep stairs.

Not clean and unresponsive host

I am generally a pretty laid back traveler but this rental just did not meet base standards of cleanliness. One of the appliances was covered in rust and the deck had furniture that was covered in several centimeters of dirt. There was also brown sediment in the toilet when I arrived that I had to flush to get rid of. I tried to get in touch with the host numerous times throughout my stay about one of the rusty appliances I had asked about in advance and they responded each time that they were “getting in touch with the local office” which would “respond to me soon.” Suffice to say, despite my numerous follow ups, I never received a response from the “local office” or anyone else and simply was unable to use certain items during my stay. Adding a star just because it’s in a good location (about a 30-35 minute walk to downtown Provincetown).

Vacasa management unable to help with issue

On the first day of our stay, we had issues with the shower clogging and flooding the bathroom. The shower is level with the bathroom floor (there is no shower curb), so if the shower is clogged, the whole room fills with water. I contacted Vacasa right away to have someone come and fix it. They said they would "alert the local team" and that they would "call me when they were on their way." The next day, after no updates, I called Vacasa back. The person from the call center told me they were unable to get in touch with the local team and that they would "leave them a note." I asked to be given the local contact directly so I could call. They refused and said everything was internal. We stayed for 4 nights. No one came to fix the shower and Vacasa never called to update us or check in. I will never rent a Vacasa managed property again.

Lovely lodgings for a summer wedding

This was our first time in Provincetown. We found this rental to be perfectly priced and the right size for two couples. And with the beach right across the street! Great place to stay if you want a little respite from the hustle and bustle. Walkable to everything.

Large townhouse farther from Provincetown

Large townhouse with 2 bedrooms. It was quite clean when we arrived. The instructions were clear too. - I would rate 3 starts to the location as it is quite a ways away from Provincetown & you need a car. The property itself is quite spacious with AC in all bedrooms & the living room. - 4 stars for the living arrangements. Bedrooms are comfortable. But I would have liked a little more attention to details - like better stocked bathroom essentials(No conditioner, moisturizers or face tissues), there is a Keurig coffee machine but no pods, lastly the door was impossibly difficult to open and close. You literally had to push with all your might to close & lock it. The "sunroom" like area faces other houses and is not very inviting Overall 3.5 stars Note: This property is managed through some other website/agency called Vacasa & not by the direct owner. So you will receive emails from Vacasa & not Vrbo.
