Fantastic week in P-town

This property was perfectly located just outside Provincetown which let us enjoy everything the town has to offer and still retire to a quiet place at the end of the day. The unit was very well maintained, clean, and nicely decorated. My wife, infant child, and I look forward to returning next year. Perry was a great host!

This property was 10/10! Inside and outside just amazing. The house has the cutest vibe, couch is big and comfortable. Everything you need in the kitchen, k cups for coffee. Tiny walk to the beach very easy to run back to the condo for lunch or to use the restroom. Perry was easy to reach when I had a question. I can’t rave enough can’t wait to come back!

Perfect Cape Cod Getaway!

We had an amazing girls' getaway at this charming beach house in Provincetown! Perfect location—steps from the beach and close to the downtown shuttle. The house was clean, well-stocked, and the ocean-view deck was a favorite spot. The host was super responsive and helpful. Highly recommend for a relaxing and memorable stay in Ptown!

This property was perfect for our late summer getaway! Great location a little out of town, easy parking and beautiful unit that was so well stocked with everything you could need! The location was very good and a walking distance to the Bay Area. The only exception is that we were hoping to get an ocean view as advertised. The condo was clean with two bed rooms and the porch was viewing the parking lot. You could to the downtown area but there were overall, it was a good stay.no sidewalks.

This was the perfect place for my family of 4 to stay. The kitchen was fully stocked, which my husband and I appreciated. There have been many times that I've had to purchase containers for leftovers at other homes we've stayed at, but not here. The beds were decent, and the ceiling fans in the bedrooms were nice. We would definitely stay here again.

Annual Family Fun

The entire extended family meets every year and this year we extended because of Perry’s beautiful home. It certainly did not disappoint! We had lazy breakfasts at the folding table ,cocktails on the deck under the lights and a short walk to the beach with an amazing view ,definitely staying in my favorites board!

Very easy and pleasant stay

We were attending a family wedding, held at a nearby hotel venue. The location was perfect for us, but it's not my favorite part of the cape... I prefer the Wellfleet marshes or a woodsy setting. But for a short stay, this was fine. The bedrooms were comfortable; great shower; well equipped kitchen and comfy, clean couch.

Nice little place and great location

Unit is well equipped with comfortable beds, lots of towels and kitchen supplies and quiet location on the bay side. Appliances are older but functional, small TV but streaming services only, so know all your login passwords if you want to watch. Drop leaf dining table with folding chairs is awkward but works for casual meals. Property manager is very responsive to messages.

long weekend in Ptown

We really liked the condo - the beds were very comfortable! The only thing we noticed was the towels were still damp in the dryer when we go there, so had to run the load again (well actually in 2 loads because there were too many towels in there for that size dryer). But other than that, everything was great. I do think it would be cool if you had some extra bikes for guests to use given the location. We did have a great time!
