In the Clos des Aspres, Catalan farmhouse with authentic charm, independent house of 200 sqm, ideal to relax in peace with friends or family, the time of a weekend or to spend your holidays.
The Gite du Clos des Aspres is composed of large rooms welcoming and comfortable with neat decoration, wide open on the Mediterranean garden and swimming pool.
The house fully equipped and air-conditioned: 4 bedrooms, high-end bedding, linens provided, 3 bathrooms with walk-in shower, 3 toilets, 1 large living room with kitchen (70m²) with a wood stove.
The pool area with pool house is nice and functional: a summer kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator, plancha, a large table for lunch or dinner in the shelter and contemplate the breathtaking view of the Albères.
Close to beaches, mountains, Collioure, Perpignan, Céret and Spain (Figueres, Cadaqués, Girona ...). You will be able to combine relaxation in the shade of acacia and visits to numerous cultural and sports tourism resources of Catalonia.
