From the dining room, access to the floor by two staircases leading to two rooms (a bedroom with bed 140 cm, and a children room with bunk beds 90 cm over a 90 cm bed; possibility of adding a bed Umbrella (graciously provided upon request). Linen (bedding and toilet) not provided. Free WIFI.

Sehr schöner Urlaub in der Normandie. Die Wohnung liegt fußläufig zum Strand, Parken vorm Haus möglich. Die Kücheneinrichtung lässt kaum Wünsche offen (Induktionsherd, Kühl-Gefrier-Kombi, Spül- und Waschmaschine).Die Fenster konnten alle abgedunkelt werden.WLAN war vorhanden, allerdings nicht in allen Räumen - sonst funktionierte aber bei uns der Mobilfunk.Vielen Dank an Jean Charles für den netten Empfang und die jederzeitige Hilfsbereitschaft. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt :-)

Vacances à Coudeville

Gîte conforme aux photos et propriétaire très accueillant. Nous avions tous ce sui nous faillait pour passer 1 semaine de vacances. Proximité de la mer, des commerces, des boutiques, de Granville. C'est un très bon gîte idéalement situé Je recommande sans hésiter.

A deux pas de la plage

Malgre une semaine de mauvais temps, nous avons apprécié notre sejour. La maison est plaisante et a beaucoup plu à mon fils. On pouvait se rendre tres vite à la mer dès qu'il y avait une éclaircie.

Agréable séjour

Séjour très agréable et au calme. La mer est seulement à quelques mètres ! Mr Ribes nous a très bien accueillis et nous avons pu profiter des environs grâce à ses conseils. Super vacances !

Fabulous seaside holiday home with wonderful owner who made us feel very welcome

Delightful villa close to wonderful beaches. Very well equipped and very comfortable gite. The owner has obviously put a great deal of thought into making this property a real home from home. There were regular conversations to ensure we were happy with everything and we could not have been better cared for. Our only criticism would be the lack of local eateries. Coudeville plage has an overpriced hotel restaurant and a beachside restaurant. Neither offers much variety of menu. St Martin is little better. Of course this is not something that M.Ribes can solve! Thankfully, cooking in the gite was easy and it was nice to see that the equipment was of good quality, rather than the cheap supermarket ownbrands found in so many establishments. We would highly recommend this property whether for a couple or small family. Un grand merci Jean-Charles de tous vos bons soins.

correspond tout à fait à la description, location très bien aménagée, très propre et idéalement située dans un quartier calme ,il suffit de traverser la rue pour être à la plage. Accueil par un propriétaire très sympathique à l'écoute des locataires. Location idéale pour un couple et deux enfants. Emplacement parking devant ou à l'intérieur nous y retournerons avec plaisir

Bien que la météo n'y était pas tout à fait, nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Idéalement située cette location correspond à la description et est parfaitement équipée. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié l'accueil de M Ribes, très disponible et qui montre réellement une attention particulière aux enfants. Dommage de la courte durée de notre séjour qui fut très occupé, nous aurions bien volontiers encore discuté et échangé avec notre hôte qui partage de très belles valeurs humaines. Merci

L'objectif premier du propriétaire est de satisfaire au mieux ses locataires, mais il ne peut hélas pas maîtriser la météo ! Dans l'ensemble l'été normand fut particulièrement agréable, comme toujours ! C'est avec grand plaisir que je vous recevrai plus longuement une autre fois. Si nous n'avons pas eu assez d'occasions d'échanges, c'est que vous ne vous êtes pas ennuyés dans "mon" paradis. Merci à vous.

Aangenaam verblijf op loopafstand van het strand

Fijn verblijf in aangename rustige omgeving aan de kust, waar toerisme nog niet de overhand genomen heeft. Hier kan je nog genieten van de natuur aan zee: geen hoge appartementsgebouwen, geen platte commerce...en bovendien een eigenaar als buurman om “u” tegen te zeggen: een zeer aimabel man, die weet hoe mensen te verwelkomen! ruhiger Ort, schöner Strand, das Haus, wie beschrieben, direkt am Meer! Das Haus ist funktional, mit allem, was man braucht, eingerichtet. es ist sehr sauber. Die Betten sind gut, wir haben alle tief und fest geschlafen. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und jederzeit hilfsbereit. Er besorgt umgehend, was einem fehlt! Das ist nicht selbstverständlich, Wir würden jederzeit wieder in dieses Haus fahren.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour , la maison est très bien équipée et très propre, la proximité de la plage très appréciable, ainsi que les commerces et divers marchés.
