The pleasant living/dining room opens through large sliding doors onto two pleasant south- and southwest-facing terraces, ideal for relaxing and enjoying undisturbed al fresco dining. The two parking spaces on the private property are particularly convenient in the height of summer. Donville-les-Bains beach is one of the most pleasant in the region. The family-friendly beach is supervised in summer and is ideal for swimming or fishing, having been awarded the Blue Flag. Granville, also known as the Monaco of the North, is just 4 km away. It features lovely shops, good restaurants, and a wide range of leisure activities. The world-famous Mont St. Michel and the D-Day landing beaches on the other side of the Cotentin Peninsula are other very attractive destinations.
