In Périgord, to rent gite in a Templar property (the owners are absent during the rentals). Absolute calm (but gîte not isolated) and superb view of the countryside, not overlooked.
The cottage is composed of a double bedroom, an open kitchen, a mezzanine with two single beds and a very bright 30 m2 living room with direct access to the private swimming pool (10 mx 5 M) with alarm, without barrier, bathroom spacious bathroom with Italian shower and WC (not separate). A dovecote 20 meters from the gîte, for two people, is also available.
Private parking, large garden, tables, chairs and barbecue available.

Family French Holiday

We absolutely loved our French holiday! The hosts were super welcoming and easily reachable. The property is large and comfortable. The main cottage is a bit dated but full of country charm and well equipped. We enjoyed the large garden, the pool and alfresco dining under the large tree which was our favourite spot to sit on the hot days. We also loved visiting the neighbouring towns with their colourful markets and restaurants. We would love to be back one day. Thank you!

Es war sehr dreckig. Auf der Matratze,Kissen,Decke hatte es flecken. Spinweben und Schimmel überall

Im Haus hatte es überall Dreck. Auf der Matratze konnte man Urinflecken sehen. Bettwäsche wäre inbegriffen, war aber keine da. Auf der Decke und dem Kissen hatte es flecken und brandlöcher. Spinnweben und Schimmel im ganzen Haus. Im Poolfilter waren tote Frösche. In der Küche war alles schmutzig, bevor man kochen wollte,musste man alles gründlich reinigen. Wir kamen um Samstag 16.00 ca an und kontaktierten den Vermieter dass wir nicht bleiben möchten in diesem verdreckte Haus. Da wir keine schlafmöglichkeit hatten, blieben wir trotzdem eine Nacht und verliessen den Ort am nächsten Morgen.Der Vermieter wollte uns das Geld und die Kaution bis jetzt nicht zurückgeben. Bin zurzeit mit ihm am Verhandeln. Hoffe dass ich mein Geld zurückbekomme.

une propriété spacieuse et superbe sans voisins

c'est superbe : la propriété est constituée de plusieurs beaux bâtiments et la bonne surprise, c'est que tout le terrain était pour nous, puisque les proprio n'étaient pas sur place ; la piscine idéale pour une famille (grande, pente douce, profonde au bout); chambre top, babyfoot, salle de lecture, grande SDB... ce n'est pas un "Resort" prétentieux à la Réunion, c'est plus simple, authentique.

Un endroit de rêve

Notre semaine à Tourliac a été merveilleuse à tous points de vue : accueil sympathique des propriétaires, cadre magnifique, avec une belle perspective et sa vue sur le lac en contrebas. La réalité est encore mieux que les photos. Par exemple, la chambre d'adultes s'ouvre en grand sur la nature. La literie est neuve, nous avons bien dormi (et quel calme !). Les enfants ont apprécié d'avoir un baby-foot à disposition ainsi que quelques jeux de société. La chambre dans le pigeonnier est une vraie chambre, qui donne elle aussi sur le grand jardin. Les villages aux alentours sont très jolis et authentiques. Bref, vraiment rien à redire ! On reviendra, c'est certain !
