Rent Studio completely renovated in December 2015.

Set in a fully refurbished residence also with pool and 50 m from the beautiful beach of Anse à l'Ane and shuttle to Fort de France, this beautiful studio equipped with all modern comfort (new kitchen, Italian, Shower TV ...).

At the heart of the hamlet and all amenities, bordering the beach of the Cove to the donkey and its typical restaurants.

Equipped with Hitachi high-end air conditioning very quiet

Furniture and quality equipment: Lapeyre kitchen, Brant ceramic hob, microwave oven), large bed mattress upscale

Rent for 2 to 4 people thanks to its bed in mezzanine.

WIFI included throughout the residence

Cot (baby brand comfort) available.

Pastries and fresh bath every morning from 6:30 in front of the residence.

Possibility of coming to get caught at the airport for 40Euro (s) each way.

La location est très bien situé, de taille agréable pour deux, mais il y a trop de vis à vis , il manque des vrais fenêtres , les persiennes sont pratique , mais cela n'enlève pas le bruit et les odeurs des voisins, lorsque que vous êtes dans votre lit vous avez l'impression d'être a table avec votre voisin et s'il fume vous avez les odeurs de cigarette.

Dans un cadre sécurisé et un environnement familial, une architecture plaisante ,l'accès à la mer est facile depuis le site. Nous n'avons pas trop profité de la piscine dans l'Eden village ,pratique pour les gamins. Le studio très bien pour avoir un regard sur les enfants. Très bon emplacement, mais des points négatifs , accueil sommaire, équipement insuffisant (3 assiettes plates par exemple), verrou cassé, canapé défoncé, wifi inutilisable.

Merci pour ce retour. Nous avons rajouté de nombreux éléments (flûtes à champagne, assiettes…). Nous avons également changé le lit (matelas 36 cm haute qualité) et le clic clac et avons maintenant une Box privative 4g qui délivre un débit supérieur à l’adsl local.

Nous avons adoré la Martinique et il est vrai que comme nous le disais Johann la situation du studio est idéal pour profiter des plus belles plages de l'île. Le studio est bien équipé et la proximité immédiate de la plage est géniale. Les restaurants en bord de plage sont également très sympa et nous avons pris la navette pour fort de france ce qui a été très pratique. Seul petit bémol : il manque un barbecue ;-) Merci A bientôt pour nous retour en Martinique (nous l'espérons ;-) ) Vanessa
