Great apartment

Great location, the kitchen is well equipped and the surf is close. The host is very responsive and communicative. Just be aware that you are required to bring your own linen an internet service when renting in France. All in all, we highly recommend this place for convenience and all other amenities provided. Seignosse Ocean is a great family location.

Les photos de la chambre sont un peu trompeuses le côté gauche étant très en pente et difficile de s’y tenir sauf à être complètement courbé Déconseillé aux clostrophobesPas de fenêtre sauf un velux dans la petite chambre donc étouffantManque un peu de vaisselle type tasses, saladiers ou bouilloire Le ménage me semble juste assuré par les vacanciers

L'appartement est très bien équipée ,bien clair et aéré bien que sous les toits.Mais emplacement près d'une supérette plus restaurant donc livraisons très matinales ( 6h30 du matin) extrêmement bruyantes plusieurs fois par semaines qui peuvent se poursuivre pendant 1 heure. Grasses matinées interdites ! . De plus il faut un escabeau pour ouvrir et fermer le velux. Très malaisé de prendre une douche car la baignoire est très haute à enjamber du moins pour des personnes âgées. Enfin,.l'ensemble lit plus lit superposé de la seconde chambre grince énormément. Sinon temps superbe et cuisine parfaitement équipée. Le petit balcon bien agréable aussi.Séjour positif en conclusion.

APPARTEMENT AU TOP

L’appartement est situé dans le cœur du quartier du penon, à deux pas du marché, des restaurants et de la plage, sans oublié l'excellente boulangerie au pied de l'immeuble. Son atout est qu’en plus de son emplacement idéal, il reste très calme et silencieux. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour en famille. L’appartement est très bien emménagé et Jérémy accessible et disponible. Je recommande !

Sehr schöne Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist sehr modern eingerichtet. Vor allem der große Kühlschrank, ein super Pfannenset, und die extrem zentrale Lage haben uns positiv überzeugt. Teilweise sind die Einrichtungsgegenstände schon ein wenig "abgerockt", wie z.B. die durchgelegene Couch oder die Barhocker aus Plastik. Das senkt die Wertigkeit im allgemeinen. Hinzu kam, dass entgegen der Angaben des Vermieters kein WLAN innerhalb der Wohnung, sondern nur in den umliegenden Cafés, oder im Tourismusbüro auf der gegenüberliegenden Straßenseite zur Verfügung stand. Schade! Nichtsdestotrotz haben wir uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt.

Appartment in zentraler Lage und in Strandnähe

Appartement sehr zentral im Ort Seignosse-Ocean gelegen und in Strandnähe. Balkon mit Blick in den Innenhof u. gleichzeitig Rückseite einer Pizzeria und des Supermarktes. Dadurch Geräusche und Gerüche der Abzugs- und Klimaanlage. Appartment war bei Ankunft nicht gereinigt. Couch sehr abgenutzt und durchgesessen, das Bett zwar gross aber auch durchgelegen. Diese Punkte werten das ansonsten sehr modern eingerichtete Appartement ab.
