Walk to town. Located in South Peak, Loon's premiere condo development with only 32 units in total, this condo offers everything you'll need for a winter/spring/summer/fall getaway including high-end finishes, tempurpedic mattresses, massage chair, fire pit and hot tub (for use by condo association). After a long day of skiing, hiking or lounging by the river, you can relax in the large open kitchen/ dining/ living room with huge, custom sectional sofa, vaulted ceilings and gas fireplace.

This unit features 3 bedrooms: the bunk room includes two bunk beds with four twin beds in total; the guest room has a queen bed and the master bedroom has a queen bed and en suite bathroom. The living room sofa has a queen sleeper sofa with an inflatable mattress which is much more comfortable than traditional sleeper sofas. There are two bathrooms: the master bathroom has a separate, spacious stall shower and soaking tub and double vanity sinks. The other bathroom has a combination shower/ tub with sliding doors. All towels, linens, kitchen equipment are included. Unit also has wifi, air conditioning, and apple tv - you can login to your own accounts or use our netflix/ apple/ amazon prime accounts. We also have a dvd player with a selection of favorite movies.
