CLASSIC ADIRONDACK STYLE COTTAGE!

AVAILABLBE FOR FULL SKI SEASON RENTAL WINTER 2025-26. MANY SUMMER 2025 DATES STILL AVAILABLE BUT FILLNG UP QUICKLY. This cottage features a perfect location in the town of Lincoln, NH, central to all the western White Mountains have to offer, including over an acre of frontage on a beautiful stream right on the property itself (We own most everything in the back, including a large portion of the stream you can see, offering great privacy). The cottage is designed for groups or families of two to six. One MAIN LEVEL master with Queen and attached full bath, one UPSTAIRS bedroom with Queen and attached full bath, one kids loft UPSTAIRS with two twin beds, no bath. You are responsible for compliance with Rental Agreement and rules when booking.Please note: maximum of six guests. Children 7 and older, no infants without prior approval, booking adult 30 years or older unless prior approval. Home is an antique with some features which may NOT be suitable for those who have difficulty negotiating stairs or seniors with mobility issues. Please verify the number and ages of your group. All dogs must be pre-approved by owner. Many dog breeds are allowed for a modest dog fee. Please verify with owner that your dogs breed and age are ok before booking. This custom designed cottage is perfect for your vacation headquarters, be it skiing, hiking, or fall color viewing.

Quick trip to Lincoln/waterpark

The house was very nice and comfortable for the four of us and our dog. It was great having some privacy with the bigger yard and so nice to be close to everything we needed. We would happily stay again when we are in the area.

Long weekend getaway

We enjoyed our long weekend stay with our older children so much. The property was great and had everything we needed. The yard was quaint for a family fire and the water below was beautiful.

Fall Getaway

Great place for a fall getaway! I would imagine it would be great anytime of the year. Nice cozy cottage with plenty of places to relax. We really enjoyed the fire pit next to the river! Definitely will be back again.

What a lovely home with so many creative and artistic touches. The property was wonderful, falling asleep to the sound of the river was a delight. It was a perfect getaway and we certainly want to return!!

Quaint Cabin

My husband and I had a wonderful time with my brother and sister-in-law at this wonderful property. The location to trails and good restaurants was great! The cabin was very clean and up dated. The fire pit next to the rolling stream made for a couple of very relaxing evenings. The only small thing was I couldn’t find a hair dryer, but my sister-in law came prepared! I would definitely stay here again!

Family vacation

The property is in a great central location, yet on a quiet dead end street. Minutes to hiking trails, restaurants and other attractions. The house is beautifully renovated and fit our family’s needs wonderfully. Loved the screened in porch, sounds of the river in the backyard and convenience of the washer/dryer! Highly recommend!

Peaceful and relaxing environment

Based on the photos I thought this was going to be a very secluded cabin in the woods. It isn't; it's in a nice little neighborhood that is well kept and quiet. The layout of the home was incredible and beautifully decorated. Kitchen, living, and main bedroom were absolutely perfect. The outside area with firepit and amazing views of the creek behind the house was relaxing and enjoyable. Per the owner's request, shoes are not to be worn in the house and I learned very quickly that wooden stairs and only wearing socks can end up bad. The stairs are steep and narrow so getting luggage to the second floor bedroom can be tricky but we managed. Overall, we had an excellent stay and I would book here again if I ever come back to the White Mountains.

Quiet, older house. Very good location for hiking Franconia Notch State Park and Kancamangus Hwy

We stayed for 8 days in mid September, enjoyed the location and quiet. Loved the outdoor seating by the pleasant creek. The house is older, with a bit unusual layout, 2 sets of stairs to upstairs bedrooms were a bit steep. Several lights/switches did not work, so parts of the house were a little dim. I was able to locate some spare lightbulbs and replace the one over the sink. Adjusting the shower temperature in the master bedroom was an adventure. My husband said the shower in the other 1st floor bathroom was fine. We had easy access to Rt 93 and Franconia Notch State Park and the famous Kagamancus Hwy for hiking every day. Owner was responsive and helpful. We will be happy to stay here again when we return to the area.

We had 3 generations and had the perfect getaway! The house has everything! The fire pit next to the brook was picturesque. Our host made sure we had everything! Communication was awesome. Really couldn’t ask for a better stay!

Loved so much about this cottage! The house had everything we needed for the week in the best location! It was close to the attractions but yet tucked away on a quiet street. We especially enjoyed hanging out on the screened back porch/deck in the evenings feeling part of nature but without any bugs. Very clean with nice decor which made it a very pleasant stay. The host was responsive when I had a question on connecting the TV and providing instructions about the house. Looking forward to coming back sometime!

The perfect stay in a quaint town. The home was beautiful with plenty of space. Cleaned space with plenty of items you need if you're making a home cooked meal.

Beautiful New Hampshire Cabin

We spent a wonderful week in this great cabin. It has a beautiful river in the back of the property with a fire pit. The area is full of beautiful trails and parks, and there were plenty of restaurants to choose from. Would highly recommend.

Beautiful location

I wanted to love this cottage. It was cute inside and out and the location was great. The yard with the firepit and the lovely babbling brook was fantastic. The house overall was great although the kitchen drawers are difficult to open/close. I gave this property 4 stars because the beds are so uncomfortable. We tried both the main downstairs bedroom and the upstairs queen bed. Neither of them slept well. With some comfy mattresses this could be a 5 star stay.
