CLASSIC ADIRONDACK STYLE COTTAGE!

AVAILABLBE FOR FULL SKI SEASON RENTAL WINTER 2026-27. MANY SUMMER 2026 DATES STILL AVAILABLE BUT FILLNG UP QUICKLY. This cottage features a perfect location in the town of Lincoln, NH, central to all the western White Mountains have to offer, including over an acre of frontage on a beautiful stream right on the property itself (We own most everything in the back, including a large portion of the stream you can see, offering great privacy). The cottage is designed for groups or families of two to six. One MAIN LEVEL master with Queen and attached full bath, one UPSTAIRS bedroom with Queen and attached full bath, one kids loft UPSTAIRS with two twin beds, no bath. You are responsible for compliance with Rental Agreement and rules when booking. Please note: maximum of six guests. Children 7 and older, no infants without prior approval, booking adult 30 years or older unless prior approval. Home is an antique with some features which may NOT be suitable for those who have difficulty negotiating stairs or seniors with mobility issues. Please verify the number and ages of your group. All dogs must be pre-approved by owner. Many dog breeds are allowed for a modest dog fee. Please verify with owner that your dogs breed and age are ok before booking. This custom designed cottage is perfect for your vacation headquarters, be it skiing, hiking, or fall color viewing.

Adorable house also felt clean and loved that it was pet friendly! The location was awesome for hiking spots, access to both Lincoln and Woodstock downtown, both within a few minutes drive. I had read previous comments on the house being in a neighborhood and not super remote so we weren’t surprised that it wasn’t in the middle of the woods going up there. Def a convenient location if you’re looking to explore the white mountains!

Quick trip to Lincoln/waterpark

The house was very nice and comfortable for the four of us and our dog. It was great having some privacy with the bigger yard and so nice to be close to everything we needed. We would happily stay again when we are in the area.

Probably my favorite property I've stayed at . House was very clean and so tastefully decorated. Loved the fireplace, lighting fixtures and sliding barn doors. Very cozy! You could here the running water from the stream in the back yard..so relaxing. The only negative was a lack of some basic supplies in the kitchen like foil, salt ,pepper and trash bags. All of which we had to buy. There also was only empty containers of hand soap in all bathrooms. All minor issues but cleaner should make sure basic necessities are stocked. Once again though lovely rental!

Loved so much about this cottage! The house had everything we needed for the week in the best location! It was close to the attractions but yet tucked away on a quiet street. We especially enjoyed hanging out on the screened back porch/deck in the evenings feeling part of nature but without any bugs. Very clean with nice decor which made it a very pleasant stay. The host was responsive when I had a question on connecting the TV and providing instructions about the house. Looking forward to coming back sometime!

Beautiful New Hampshire Cabin

We spent a wonderful week in this great cabin. It has a beautiful river in the back of the property with a fire pit. The area is full of beautiful trails and parks, and there were plenty of restaurants to choose from. Would highly recommend.

Red House on the River

Great place for a fall getaway! I would imagine it would be great anytime of the year. Nice cozy cottage with plenty of places to relax. We really enjoyed the fire pit next to the river! Definitely will be back again.
