Valley View Villa, a Family Getaway with three bedrooms in the White Mountains!

Valley View Villa is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo in Waterville Valley, NH. Close to everything - minutes from Town Square! Across the street from the Rec Dept & a short walk to the private heated outdoor pool for owners & their guests. The deck has a dining table and chairs so you can see the mountains while you have dinner. When there are fireworks, you can see them from the deck! Sleeps 8 in real beds, plus a toddler bed plus a Pack 'n Play. The largest bedroom has a queen bed and bunk beds and is connected to the upstairs bathroom. The other two bedrooms have queen sized beds. The second floor, including the bathroom and all three bedrooms are newly renovated.

Access to the unit is available via a coded door for self check-in.
Wifi access details & pool code provided at self check-in.
Passes to White Mountain Athletic Club are available - hot tub, sauna, steam room, pools and splash pad at $50/day per family.
4K High Def TV so you can log into your Netflix or other subscriptions.

Alison, Rob and Molly started out as weekenders in Waterville Valley, then bought a vacation home, and then we became full time residents here in the valley during covid. We meant to leave, but it never happened! From skiing in the winter, hiking in spring, swimming in waterfalls in summer and leaf peeping in fall there's always a great way to spend time outdoors when visiting Waterville.

Why they chose this property

The condo is located in Windsor Hill, a large leafy association across the street from the rec department. Upstairs is fully renovated with a brand new bathroom and hardwood floors, and even a bunk bed alcove hidden away in one of the bedrooms. Downstairs has a full kitchen with lots of small appliances and essentials - you should find everything you'd need for home cooked meals when you choose to stay in.
