This townhome sits on a quiet, wooded cul-de-sac nestled near a beautiful duck pond & backs up to the 11 green.

The entire unit is yours to enjoy:

Downstairs: dining room/work space, powder room (half-bath), island kitchen with eat-in counter & stools , and family room with a wood-burning fireplace.

Upstairs: laundry facility & linen closet, private bedrooms with private full-sized bath & walk-in closets inside.

I try very hard to ensure that your accommodations are clean, quiet and completely to your liking. A good rule of thumb is to treat someone else's property like you would want them to treat yours.

I give my guests the run of the entire place; however, I am available in the city when needed.

This is a beautiful neighborhood that is conveniently located to just about every type of amenity you need.

Excellent Home Base for Nashville

Our family (2 adults, 2 tweens) enjoyed this townhome. The neighborhood is nice and extremely quiet (also, this is an end unit). There's a variety of food a short distance from the townhome --- we enjoyed Honduran food one evening from a restaurant less than 1 mile away. The owner was extremely responsive to our questions and the home was clean and well-equipped. We were staying only a short time, but this is an excellent base to visit a variety of sites in Nashville.

Very nice respite at Nashville

Very clean and updated townhouse that was located in a very cute golf community and not far from the Nashville International Airport. We had a couple of small problems with the townhome and the owner, Dr. McGahey was at the property within 10 minutes and solved everything. He was wonderful and very caring! You'll be in good hands with this property. A little bit of a drive to most places we wanted to visit, but worth it!

Nice Town House

Nashboro Village was nice but driving to the property wasn’t. The homeless population was high. The house didn’t have cable which was frustrating because we have 3 children. The house was a short walk to the pool, which was well maintained. Overall it wasn’t a bad place to stay but we wouldn’t stay in that area again!

Enjoyed a longer term stay

We spent about 6 weeks at Doc’s place. Plenty of room to spread out. Convenient to have the extra bathroom and washer/dryer. Enjoyed walking around the neighborhood and so many beautiful birds out the back patio area.
