Complimentary Golf Cart included (No refunds for golf cart break downs prior to booking or after arrival i.e. flat tires, out of gas, engine or brake problems. We will make every effort to have golf cart working properly.).

Yes, this is a vacation, and the 'Island' awaits, Golfing, zip lining, scuba diving, swimming, fishing, hiking, para-sailing, miniature golfing, glass-bottom boat rides, dinner cruises, shopping, fine restaurants, and so much more.

NOTE: There is a two-night minimum stay for weekends due to the high volume of inquiries. We appreciate your understanding!

We had a wonderful family vacation at Villa Casablanca! Our host Kim was very communicative and set great expectations and provided information for not only the rental but amenities around town. The rental itself was perfect for our family of 5. Tons of space, clean and easily accessible to the town of Avalon. The bonus was the free private golf cart that came with our rental! Our family enjoyed that a lot and made the trip even more memorable for our kids.

Great stay, great views, great all around!

Comfortable, clean, and accurate listing. Walkable from the ferry dock and most places in town. We named the golf cart “Rosita,” and had fun exploring the further points of interest. We would definitely stay here again.

Amazing and peaceful location

We had an amazing time here. It is nice that we were a little further from the beach so we could enjoy the peace and quiet on the patio away from the crowds of the beach, but still easily within walking distance from everything. Everything was very clean and we would absolutely love to stay here again!

This is a well-maintained, nice condo. We had a quiet and pleasant stay. Be prepared for a lot of stairs. It is a long way from the ferry docks and the beach, but having the golf cart available made it work for us. We enjoyed touring the entire area at our own pace, following the "scenic golf cart self-guided tour. Be prepared for a lot of stairs.We enjoyed the condo, though the internet connection was spotty on our first night while we tried to watch a movie (probably an island problem, not the condo).The owners and the manager were very responsive. We needed softer pillows, and Chela found some and delivered them. The master bedroom has two very good queen beds. The 2nd bedroom has a king bed that slumps in the middle- we kept rolling toward the center (it should be firmed up or replaced).Overall, it was a fun trip and the condo worked for us and our adult granddaughters. Everyone was pleasant and friendly everywhere. Vons' food prices are the same as on the mainland (surprise!). We missed our trip into the island interior and the Wrigley Ranch due to a house fire on the road. Bummer. We'll just have to come bsck some day soon

Great stay in Avalon

We enjoyed our stay at Villa Casablanca. The unit was clean, comfortable, well-equipped, and roomy. Location is close to everything in town. The hosts were easy to communicate with and provided lots of local information. The use of the golf cart is an added bonus.All in all we had a delightful stay, just be prepared to negotiate all the stairs.

Great weekend getaway

This was a great location for our weekend getaway with our friends. Great communication from the very beginning. Check instructions were clear and easy. My group rented both condos. It was perfect for our stay. The views were amazing, the golf carts were a bonus, but you can really walk anywhere on the island from the condo. Kim was an awesome communicator. Would definitely stay again!

A Perfect Home for Our Get Away!

Decent walking distance to beach and pier. Condo was the cleanest home/hotel we’ve ever been in. Not one hair or reminder that other guests were living inside recently. Chela was in contact with us. The decor and furnishings were modern and fresh. Definitely coming back to stay.
