Everything was in good condition but the swimming pool had so much chlorine that it hurt your eyes and you could smell the chlorine upstairs. It got a little better by the second day. Also, we had an issue where the oven just kept on smoking for like 10 minutes but it finally quit and we were able to use it. Other than that, the property was great and in a good location

The location is good, a short drive to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. The amenities offered (swimming pool, hot tub, game room, etc.) were great for the kids and teens that were on the trip with us. Overall, it was great, however it is in a neighborhood where houses are pretty close together. The family staying in the house behind us could see us in the hot tub at night.

The cabin was clean, comfortable and beautiful. The staff is friendly and helpful but we didn't need to interact very much because everything was perfect. The location was great. We were a short drive from everything. Everyone in the family enjoyed our time there, especially the Grandkids.

Overall we enjoyed the stay, it was real close to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge, other homes were a little close and did not have the scenic views other places have further up the mountain, but made up for it because it was close to everything. The staff was nice.
