We rented this property for my daughter's graduation, and it was perfect. The property was clean and well-organized, and the location couldn't be better. It has a well-maintained and sizable backyard and all the conveniences. Communication with the host was easy and kind. It was just an overall great experience!

Having lived in State College for the past 31 years we know what makes the area such a gem and want you to discover why you should visit Happy Valley. Ok, there's football for sure but the area is well known for its great biking, hiking and all around outdoor opportunities. Explore nearby towns and marvel at the picturesque scenery everywhere. I could go on and on and will leave tips on where to go and what to do while staying at 525.
