Our fully renovated house can accommodate up to 10 people. Facing south, it is located in a quiet area on a large, fully enclosed plot of over 1,000m², access to the beach via a secure path (150m).

From the first floor, 3 large balcony windows will allow you to admire the superb Goulven Bay, which the sea fills as soon as the tide coefficient exceeds 60.

For sleeping, the ground floor offers 2 adult bedrooms (160x200 bed).
Upstairs, a dormitory in the "summer camp" spirit awaits you to share pleasant evenings for young and old. This dormitory is equipped with 4 90x200 beds and a 160x200 bed.
Rates All Charges Included (water, electricity, tourist tax).

Linen is provided:
- for all beds (duvets, duvet covers, fitted sheets, pillowcases, pillows)
- for the bathroom (towels, washcloths, bath sheets).

In Plouneour-Brignogan-Plages, it is possible to practice sand yachting, fishing on foot, the sea withdrawing completely into the bay (tide), as well as kite-surfing, windsurfing, sea kayaking, stand-up padle, rib loin ...

The shops are located 600 m from the village (grocery store, bakery, bar-tobacco-press, tourist office).

Sehr praktisches Haus in einer wunderbaren Gegend0

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und hatten vor Ort alles was man braucht. Daniel war sehr hilfsbereit und hat sofort auf Fragen reagiert. Ein kleiner Minispunkt ist, dass in der Bucht nicht immer Wasser ist und dass das Haus verhältnismäßig teuer ist.

Ferienhaus im „Strandhaus“-Stil

Wir haben hier einen sehr schönen Familienurlaub mit Hund verbracht. Daniel ist jederzeit bei Fragen oder Problemen erreichbar gewesen. Das Haus ist im Stil eines Strandhauses eingerichtet und bietet alles, auch für größere Familien. Die nahegelegene Bucht bringt bei Flut das Meer in unmittelbare Nähe, bei Ebbe sind Spaziergänge möglich, und am Abend/in der Nacht hat man manchmal den Genuss von Meeresrauschen beim Einschlafen. Empfehlung!

Tolle Woche in der Bretagne

Großes, großzügiges Haus, hervorragend ausgestattet. Daniel hat uns empfangen und hat sich um alles gekümmert, absolut nett und zuvorkommend. Lage zum Strand und zur Ortsmitte mit Bäcker/Tabac/Supermarkt/Creperie/Café perfekt. Einzig die Couch in der Küche und die Polster auf der Palettencouch im ersten Stock sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen und sollten ersetzt werden. Insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen!

Sehr sauberes Haus an sehr ruhiger Lage

Nach einem herzlichen Empfang von Daniel haben wir uns sofort in diesem Haus zurecht gefunden. Die Lage ist nur wenige Schritte von der Bucht entfernt. Wunderschöne Badestrände sind in kurzer Distanz erreichbar.

Ein schönes Ferienhaus in perfekter Lage!

Wir haben eine stürmische Winterwoche mit fünf Personen und unseren zwei Hunden in diesem schönen Ferienhaus verbracht und uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Daniel, der Vermieter war unkompliziert und sehr nett und im Haus gab es alles, was man sich wünscht. Am genialsten fanden wir den großen Schlafsaal in der ersten Etage, von dessen Fenstern man das Meer sehen kann. Das Haus ist auch perfekt für einen Urlaub mit Senioren. Wir hatten auch unsere 92 jährige Oma dabei und auch sie hat sich dort sehr wohlgefühlt. Was wir uns vielleicht gewünscht hätten, wäre für das nächste Mal ein bequemer Sessel, anstatt des kleinen Sofas im Esszimmer. Aber alles in allem ist Daniels Haus sehr zu empfehlen.

Excellent séjour

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. La maison est effectivement à 150 m de la plage. Il ne manque rien, tout est bien pensé, l'accueil a été très sympatique. Nous avons un chien et ce dernier s'est senti chez lui tout de suite, la propriété est clôturée donc aucune crainte pour nos amis les chiens. Nous n'hésiterons pas à recommander cette maison, merci à Daniel pour sa confiance.

Schönes großzügiges Haus in Strandnähe!

Wir waren zu dritt und haben die Großzügigkeit des Hauses sehr genossen. Es gibt 2 Bäder und 2 Toiletten, viel Ablagemöglichkeit, eine tolle Küche, einen schönen Garten. Unser Tip an Daniel: einen kleinen Tisch bereitstellen für eine Essgelegenheit im Garten am Abend in der Sonne im Garten und ein bequemes Sofa zum chillen. Sonst ist alles super!!!

Maison propre, bien équipé et spacieux

Nous avons passe une semaine très relax dans une maison bien localise, sur un beau terrain cloture que notre chien a bien apprécié, avec accès a pied au restaurant et crêperies sympa, accès aux nombreux chemins et a 2 min de dunes et de la plage. La maison est bien claire, lumineux avec de literie très comfortable et facile a nettoyer et garder propre. Le propriétaire était très accueillante et on a bien apprécié les produits locales qui nous attendaient dans un panier. Merci pour un bon et relaxant séjour

Maison parfaite pour des vacances en famille petits et grands ont adoré ce séjour au calme tout près de la plage.la maison est fonctionnelle et facile à vivre, l essentiel y est sans le superflux. Nous sommes enchantés de notre séjour dans votre charmante maison.Très agréable et fonctionnelle, d'une propreté irréprochable, nous avons apprécié le calme des lieux, et surtout votre accueil plein de sympathie et gentillesse. Le soleil était au rdv, les paysages sont magnifiques et les crêpes délicieuses...et les moules aussi. Les promenades sur les sentiers côtiers qui longent la baie de Goulven nous manque déjà, ainsi que les magnifiques coucher de soleil. Nous ne manquerons pas de vous recommander, les yeux fermés, auprès de notre entourage. Amicalement. Frédérique et Olivier

vacances calmes et agréables

Une maison bien située au bord d'une anse aux eaux dont les couleurs changent au rythme du vent. Un micro climat semble y régner d'où une belle luminosité qui varie d'une minute à l'autre rendant les prises de photographies interminables. La région côtière est facilement accessible pour varier les plaisirs et la sensation de vacances. Profitez en !!!

Jolie maison rénovée avec goût, à 100 m de la plage

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour d'une semaine dans cette jolie maison totalement rénovée avec beaucoup de goût. Les propriétaires Daniel et Catherine sont désireux de nous faire passer un très agréable séjour et restent à notre écoute pour nous faire découvrir leur jolie région. Nous étions 3 dans cette grande maison de 10 couchages, avec un gros chien, et pouvions aller très rapidement à la plage via une impasse très tranquille. Accès par la plage au GR34, sentier des douaniers pour de belles balades. Jolie maison très fonctionnelle, grands lits confortables, et tout ce qu'il faut au quotidien... nous reviendrons sûrement !
