Super relaxed, perfect location

So nice to stay close to a lovely beach and wonderful pool. At night we sat outside and listened to the chatter of the Spanish home owners all around, talking and cooking with their families. Really nice.

As a family of five, we had an amazing stay at this beautiful house. The location is unbeatable—right next to the beach and with a lovely pool to enjoy. The house itself is spacious with plenty of floors for a larger family, a fully equipped kitchen, two outdoor areas, a nice terrace and a BBQ. Everything was thoughtfully provided, making it feel like a true home away from home. Most importantly, the hosts were absolutely fantastic—welcoming, attentive, and kind. We couldn’t have asked for a better holiday and would gladly return!

Excellent vacation experience

Our hosts could not have been better, greeted us with hospitality and was in touch for the entire year before our holiday. The house was impeccably clean and the location perfect for a relaxing stay. Ten minutes from Denia and close to many other small towns. True local feel and full of heart, I highly recommend.

Plenty room for family. Proximity to pool was excellent. We brought a chrome cast which enabled Netflix on tv. Car hire essential as few restaurants locally or walkable. We would be happy to recommend this holiday location

This wonderful apartment is located about 8 km outside of Denia. The parking facilities as well as the communication with the host are excellent.The apartment was spacious and perfectly suited for our family of five. The pool and the nearby beach were simply fantastic. We can wholeheartedly recommend this house and would love to come back anytime. Many thanks for everything!

Excellent Hosting

Loly and Jean-Philippe are a very amiable couple and excellent hosts. On arrival they took the time to not only show us around the property but also talk us through the use of the appliances etc. - so often in holiday rentals guests are left to work through poorly written instructions. The accommodation is in a safe gated community and is well appointed with everything you need to get your holiday started. We had a very enjoyable holiday and would not hesitate to recommend both the property and the hosts. Thank you again to Loly and Jean Philippe.

Das Haus liegt in einer Ferienanlage direkt am Meer. Von der Terrasse bis zur Wasserkante Max. 100 Meter.Es hat eine Dachterrasse mit Weitsicht und Meerblick. Die Räume verteilen sich über drei Etagen.Der Eigentümer war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.Wie in Spanien üblich gab es Ameisen im Erdgeschoss und in der Küche. Sauberkeit ist wichtig sonst versammeln sich die Tierchen über Nacht zum Essen. Es wird empfohlen entsprechende Mittel zu Bekämpfung mitzubringen. Die vorhandenen Insektensprays sind wirksam und nicht so gesund für Menschen.

Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub! Das Haus war groß, sauber und direkt am Meer. Es hatte alles an Ausstattung was man brauch. Die Gastgeber war super freundlich und man konnte sie jeder Zeit kontaktieren. Der Pool war warm und es war nie zu voll an Menschen. Eine ruhige Lage! Und dennoch ist Dénia Stadt in einigen Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Vielen Dank an die Gastgeber!

Das Haus ist einfach toll. Es ist zwar Bestandteil einer Anlage, trotzdem hat man sein eigenes Reich. Unser Lieblingsort war die Dachterrasse. Da konnte man es trotz der für uns hohen Temperaturen gut aushalten. Drei Klimaanlagen machen einen super Job. In den Räumen findet jeder seine Lieblingsecke. Besonders hat uns der Kurze Weg zum Strand und zum Pool gefallen. Das Auto steht auf kurzen Weg in eine Tiefgarage.

Das Haus ist sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Dachterrasse mit Meerblick und Meeresrauschen ist großartig. Unsere Kinder haben es sehr genossen, ihr eigenes Reich im Souterrain zu haben. Der Vermieter war sehr aufmerksam, freundlich und stets erreichbar. Einziger Minuspunkt: Der leicht muffige Geruch in der Küche und die schimmelige Silikonfuge in der Dusche. Insgesamt aber sehr empfehlenswert.

Hemos estado del 22 al 29 de Junio en esta magnífica casa. Toda la casa estaba impecable, la playa y la piscina al lado, resumiendo una semana magnífica.
