Jennifer was a very kind and accommodating host. I was attending a conference in Tampa and her place was perfect for me. I walked every day down the street to Bayshore Blvd to the Riverwalk and downtown Tampa. It was a beautiful walk, about 2 miles to get to downtown. Thank you again Jennifer, for accommodating my need for an earlier check-in time!

Relaxing Stay

I love that this quaint little place is near the water. My fiancé and I walked to the sound and enjoyed the water. The neighborhood seems very safe and quiet. Would definitely stay again.

This was a great little apartment with much charm and character in a quiet and safe neighborhood close to Hyde Park and Bayshore Blvd. Parking was ample too. The hosts were very friendly and responsive. We would stay here again.
