Cosy Waterloo Apartment, Near London Eye & South Bank River, Zone 1

Only a short distance away from London’s most popular landmarks and points of interests (including the River Thames), this apartment is ideal for visitors who wish to be in the heart of the city or be intimate with the surroundings of what London has to offer. Equipped with a shaker style kitchen, this professionally presented apartment offers beautiful wooden oak floors and designer decors throughout.

*Please note: We have 6 almost identical Apartments hence why the pictures on our listings are very similar.*

This apartment comes with a flat screen TV with Freeview, along with free Wi-Fi access. It is also fully furnished, along with immaculate kitchen that has a gas hob, oven microwave, along with a washer/dryer machine, and a fridge/freezer allocated within the apartment as well. The apartment also comes with reasonably sized bedrooms, spacious enough to accommodate two people each, as well as 2 extra guests if required (Please ask owner for more details). Transportation to and from the apartment are ideal, as the nearest station is Waterloo East, and just a few yards away from the ITV Television studios and a few minutes’ walk away from the London Eye. To avoid missing out, book this place as soon as possible.

Sleeping arrangement as follows: 2 guests each accommodated in the two double bedrooms, 2 guests in the living room on the double sofa bed. Additional guest can be accommodated on an additional pull out bed (as used in top rated hotels) *There will be an additional charge for the 7th guest*. In total 7 guests can be accommodated comfortably in this apartment.

Nie wieder dieses Apartment

Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem sehr schlechten Zustand. Fenster total undicht und sehr laut. Der Hausflur war zugestellt mit alten Gegenständen und sauber war es überhaupt nicht! Der Abfluss in der Dusche verstopft, voller Haare und die Fliesen kaputt und mit Schimmel an der Badewanne. Für den Preis absolut nicht zu empfehlen!!!!!

The flat is not as the photos show... it is tired and showing signs of wear and tear. Doors dont shut, shower curtains grubby, toilet roll holder falls off the wall, ceiling paint cracking with damp, no cooking dishes in the kitchen and no dishwasher as stated in the description. 2 bedrooms and 2 sofa beds so room for more than 4 people but only 1 sofa. Only saving grace was the location which is excellent. Was a good job we were out all day as not a nice place to spend much time.

This apartment is in the perfect location just minutes away from 2 tube stations. The apartment was perfect with a great view. Will definitely be staying again in the future.

Short visit to London with family of 4

The location was great with ease of access to main sites, walking along the Thames and Waterloo station. The actual street where the apartment was and neighborhood is however very quiet on the weekend with not much open. It was good in terms of all amenities and 2 rooms for our family. We were even able to get a cot, however while clean the apartment had a lot of wear and tear and a bit shoddy. Communication was ok with the host.
