We had a wonderful getaway and enjoyed the beautiful property. We were so lucky to walk deer in the yard every night in the hot tub!!! Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay!!

The property and home was spotless!! Pictures need to be updated. Large table with chairs and bench seating on the deck now. The hot tub was crystal clear and clean. The bed and bedding comfortable and clean. The only issue I saw was the couch and dishwasher. The couch is old and needs replacement.Stained and smells too. The dishwasher did not seem to work. We would stay again. Quiet there. The view of the Holston River from the deck was mesmerizing. Close to town.

The location is perfect if you want peace and quiet. The only sounds are the river and the birds. Very peaceful. I would def stay here again. The only negative I would say is that the beds are a little small and hard but other than that the rental was amazing.

Cute cabin in Hot Springs right on the river with a beautiful porch and hot tub. Hot Springs was heavily impacted by hurricane Helene but is recovering nicely. Spent our days hiking on the nearby Appalachian Trail and coming back and enjoying the hot tub watching the river flow by and restaurants in Hot Springs for dinner (I think we hit them all). I would definitely stay here again.

We have stayed at this cabin many times and we love it! It’s clean, cozy and well stocked. The hot tub is amazing and the river view can’t be beat. Hosts are very responsive. We will be back!

Our stay could not have been more amazing. Clean, comfortable, convenient, can’t tell you how relaxing it is to sit outside and hear n view the stunning river. Definitely will hopefully do this again.

Beautiful view of the river from the cabin and porch. The cabin is rustic with lots of wood features. Great stay!

We had a wonderful stay! Cabin was clean and cozy. Perfect location close to Hot Springs and enjoyed being on the River. There was a stink bug issue and I would have preferred a tv in the bedrooms. The couch was very uncomfortable as well and looked like it had seen better days. Overall, a great cabin though! Beautifully made!
