Charming 3 bedroom, 2 full bath cottage with lake and mountain views. Screened porch with seating for 6. Large dock with lots of sun, full size Weber gas grill, large deck, sandy beach, wood burning fireplace and fire pit. Kitchen includes full size refrigerator, dishwasher, with all the cooking gear you will need. Full size washer and dryer.
1 King bed and 2 Queen beds.
Just minutes away from great restaurants, shopping, and golf. On a private road and a nice area to walk.

We bought this property in 2015 as a vacation retreat for our family and friends. We have 2 adult daughters and love spending time with them and our extended family at the lake.

Why they chose this property

We bought this property because of the great views, large dock, great swimming, deck area, how close it is to the water, restaurants and hiking. Also only 10 minutes from restaurants, shopping and golf. Beautiful sunrises and sunsets.

What makes this property unique

Sandy beach area is great to walk into the water. Large dock is perfect for spending long days relaxing and catching some sun. We enjoy playing corn hole on the dock and game is on site for your use.
Public boat launch only 10 minutes away at Lees Mill.
Boat rentals are nearby at Ambrose Cove Marina or Trexlers Marina.
