Three bedroom, three bath, two story house in the community of Tramonto just south of Anthem, near the intersection of the I17 and Carefree Highway. The house is located in the gated neighborhood of Villages of Tramonto 1.

This beautifully furnished 2,200 square foot home has a queen bed in the master bedroom, second bedroom and third bedrooms also have queen beds, and the office has a twin bed. There is a fully equipped kitchen featuring modern appliances and granite counter tops. There is a formal living room and adjacent to the kitchen is a family room.
In the backyard is a built in barbecue, dining table and chairs, and a fire pit for cool evenings.
The garage has a vehicle parked in it, but can be used for storage of your bikes or golf clubs

Neighborhood has two community pools, tennis courts, ball park, and playgrounds. Shopping and restaurants are within walking distance. It is a 30 minute drive to the Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport. Anthem with shopping and outlet mall is just north. Cave Creek and Carefree are just 15 minutes down the Carefree Hwy to the east and Lake Pleasant is about the same distance to the west. There are multiple hiking trails within a short drive from the house.
